Unfortunately I couldn't make a deal yet as the jeep I was looking at sold before I could make it down. However Gene was awesome to talk with, and communication was great. Still looking for my first jeep, and hopefully can find one at aci.

I went up to ACI to check out a few of the dually trucks they had. The one that caught my eye checked off all the boxes for what I was looking for.
Jeremy was great, I told him what I was looking for and the budget I was working with. We set up a time with Randy (the absolute best) technician, I gave him my wish list. He showed me a fair number of options on the big screen monitor, he worked to get me what I wanted but did his best to stay within my budget.
I could not be happier with the service I received, and any other mods I want to do later I'm heading back to ACI.

I must say that, even though I have not had the work done yet, everyone at ACI seems to be very kind very knowledgeable and patient. I am a first time customer, and so far I have dealt with John, Jared and even Pete the owner and am very impressed.

2nd experience here, this time the appointment was for a much bigger problem. Engine oil cooler failed on my Cherokee and needed replacement. From my research, a common problem with my vehicle’s engine model, especially at the mileage I’m at (~80k). I’ll start with customer service. Jared was my contact from drop off to pick up and was friendly, clear, and concise as he updated me with the progress and findings throughout the repair process. This place has a great staff. The job was completed same day, and I am 100% confident it was done correctly and with care. The price is fair. There may be less expensive options out there but I will happily pay a slight premium in exchange for confidence and trust in a company and it’s staff when it comes to something as important as my vehicle. Highly recommend and will be back for more improvements and maintenance soon.

We just purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. When we arrived, there was no pressure and the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Due to vacations John from service helped us with the test drives and was so knowledgeable and answered many questions. It was so nice to take a vehicle for a ride and not have the salesperson jump in the back seat. We finalized the deal with Pete and the whole process went very smooth, (especially because we were from out of state) Pete was very accommodating and a real pleasure to deal with. We finished up paperwork with Gene who finalized all the paperwork seamlessly. We went to several dealerships looking at jeeps and ACI was was a clear cut professional business. From the time I first got to the lot, to the time I drive my new ‘16 JKU home, Gene was awesome. He helped me through the whole process and kept me informed via text. If you are looking for a Jeep, ACI is the place to go.

Excellent experience. Went in for a service appointment. Called on a Monday and they were able to fit me in for appointment that Friday despite there not being any available appointments for 2 weeks. Customer service was top notch. Cost for service ended up being less than expected. Definitely an overall positive experience. Would recommend and return (admittedly rather to shop the inventory, they’ve got an impressive lot). Thanks to the staff that helped me out.

Recently purchased an 2012 F-150 platinum from gene with 133k for 25k I knew what I was looking for when I got to the dealer I know it was slightly over priced but I also knew how bad this market is right now. That being said It was there when I called to verify it was there. Prior to this I had an appointment to see another truck at a (different location) and they had already sold it even after I made an appointment to see it the following day, they didn’t even reach out to let me know they sold it.( huge red flags for me) So I came across this dealership. From the moment I got there to the financing process. Everything was smooth I wasn’t pressured on buying anything (I’m a sales rep for a corporate company so I know how this goes) he gave me my space wasn’t hovering over me asking me questions or telling me someone else was there to look at it. Gave me the key and let me look at it in peace which I appreciated. I feel like you don’t focus on things very well when someone talks to you while you look at a car your purchasing, you may over look something. So gene giving me the freedom to look at the truck I was going to potentially purchase and only being there to help answer specific questions about the vehicle was perfect for me. (This was a big deal for me.)
I found the truck to have some minor issues with braking(even though it could just be that it was sitting on the lot for a while) I let him know, and they were prompt about fixing anything that may arise prior to our purchase. I will update as my experience moves along the process. Overall this place is a nice place to get your vehicle serviced the guys seem very knowledgeable and I’d recommend this dealership to someone else if asked. Great place to do business, from my initial interaction.

Great experience! If you need anything go see the guys at ACI! Bought my truck from them about 2 1/2 years ago and it was a super easy and straight forward thanks to their salesman Kyle. Just the other day i was looking to sell the truck i bought because i acquired a company vehicle for work so i emailed the owner Peter to see if he would be interested and he was very happy to take a look and help me out. Not only do they have top notch vehicles ready for you but everyone on their team is a pleasure to work with check them out for your next vehicle purchase!

We brought our Wrangler to ACI in the beginning of September 2021 to have work done on it. Unfortunately, the problem was in the instrument cluster and due to Covid it took several months to locate a replacement part. Once the part was in there was another problem. There original part was required in order to program the new one. Somehow over the course of time the original part had been thrown away. It took several more months to resolve the problem. All in all it took almost 7 months to get our Jeep back. Although the employees were friendly and worked hard to resolve issues as they evolved, there was a lack of communication at times which caused some frustration. The reason I feel comfortable giving ACI a 5 star rating is that the owner Peter, upon learning of our situation, stepped in and took action, assuring that we were taken care of and were fully satisfied with the results. Peter was approachable, reasonable and fair. For that reason I have every confidence ACI is a place you can trust.

Had a great time at ACI we bought the Jeep and it’s perfect. John Jerry Gene and Pete are the best. If you want GREAT service and a great running Jeep go to ACI. Thank you guys!!!!!!

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from ACI Auto Group. I had a few relatively minor issues with the vehicle which they were able to resolve. Peter, Gene, and Jared were all helpful and treated me with respect.

I found the exact Jeep Wrangler I wanted at ACI last month. After discussing the vehicle and financing with Gene, I traveled to CT from NY and made the purchase in one trip. I was a bit nervous that the vehicle was sold "as is" because in NY, a used car dealership has to give you at least a 30-day, 1,000 mile warranty. Gene assured me that if I had a problem going home, they would take care of me. The engine light came on halfway home. I let Gene know the following day that the engine light was on and that my local mechanic's code reader said it was a CO2 sensor. They BROUGHT me a loaner car and took the Jeep. After replacing the CO2 sensor, they drove it long enough for the engine light to come on again. They replaced the catalytic converters, and drove it some more. They brought the Jeep back to me and picked up their loaner. Unfortunately, the engine light came back on the next day. I was devastated. BUT then they offered to buy it back. I returned the vehicle to them and they refunded my down-payment, which was the value of my trade-in.
Things didn't work out the way I'd planned, but I was treated fairly. Five stars for Gene, and five stars for the owner, Peter. I would definitely do business with them again.
Only one downside: The ad said the Wrangler came with a 3-piece Freedom hard-top, but it didn't. Gene explained that the ad is based on the VIN number and options included originally. Some owners who have both tops sell one or the other. If they know this, they should adjust the ad.

If I could give more stars I would! This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. They no matter what will take care of you even after selling you the vehicle. Ask for Gene he is amazing! I am so happy with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler!
