I came into Hoffman Toyota in September looking for my dream car & Jose at Hoffman told me it would be hard to get the car because of the specifics that I wanted, but he did mention he can make it happen & did exactly that!! Julie was fantastic, very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. No hidden fees or nonsense, price and vehicle were exactly as advertised. We got a hard to find RAV4 Prime with no markup in the color we wanted. Would recommend working with Hoffman and Julie in particular.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Let me start by saying I went into this Toyota with little to no hope that I would walk out with a car. I already had been denied at 2 other dealerships and told the bank wouldn’t approve me. I have negative equity which I am rolling over onto my new car.. and to find a small suv within my price budget that was available and would be approved was next to impossible. From the very moment I called this Toyota I had a slight feeling things would be different. And WOW were they ever!! When I got there I walked into the store and I was greeted with a bright smile by Julie. I explained my whole situation to her and she was very understanding, attentive, and determined to help me make something work. She introduced me to Jamal who was super friendly, caring and determined as well! For once I didn’t feel like somebody was trying to just sell me something or get me to spend money. They genuinely wanted to help me get approved for the BEST rate and the BEST car I could. When they announced the news to me that I was approved I COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPY!! They had made the impossible happen! The rest of the process was a breeze and within a couple hours I walked out with a Certified Pre Owned Toyota Corolla Cross! I feel so thankful to have chosen this Toyota to come to. I wasn’t just a number or another customer I was somebody they genuinely wanted to help and I felt that in every way. I HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Toyota and specifically Julie and Jamal for all of your car related needs. I had a great experience with Hoffman Toyota. Both the salesperson Leslie and finance person Jamal- were friendly and no pressure. I got an excellent deal on a used car. Jamal even went to bat for me and got a lower interest rate on financing than initially offered. Went in on a Monday, test drove car, agreed on the sale. The very next day I went back in to finalize and take home my car! Great service!

I had a great buying experience at Hoffman Toyota. Jose Rivera made the buying process smooth and easy. He was personable, efficient and followed up on all of the post-purchase tasks. The car had to be delivered from CT to MA. The dealership offered to drive it to MA after it was registered and had new plates, which was super helpful. Jamal and Sage assisted us with financing and car insurance, respectively. I am happy with my purchase. Overall, excellent teamwork!!

Test drove and bought a Tundra from Hoffman Toyota. Was not planning on buying the same day we did the test drive, but it all worked out very well. Ed was our salesman and did a great job on the transaction and very easy to talk to. Jamal, the business manager, patiently explained and allowed plenty of time to read through all of the documents presented. Everything was orderly, straightforward with no rushed, or "foggy" details.

We had a pleasurable buying experience with Julie Hoang. We were purchasing a used vehicle and gave her a list of concerns we wanted addressed. Julie took responsibility and reported back to us as each item was fixed or verified in good working order. We even overlooked one item that we realized shortly after taking possession of the vehicle. Bought a car sight unseen from Hoffman Toyota and it was great experience. Was looking for a used car for my 17 year old son and found a 10 year old Mazda 3 which Hoffman Toyota serviced extremely well. I live about 200 miles away so wasn't a quick visit to the dealership to check it out. Dan and Julio were my 2 sales people and they were tremendously helpful in sending me pictures , videos , answering all my questions about the vehicle, and making the whole process super quick and easy. I needed shipping to my house which they facilitated as well. I had the car delivered within a few days and it is much better than expected. I've bought about 30 cars in my life and this was one of the best transactions I've had. They are honest and trustworthy so I would definitely buy from them again.

I went to Hoffman Toyota In Simsbury Ct on October 23, 2023. When I entered the showroom I was warmly greeted by Jose Rivera. I explained that my plan to purchase a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid was due to a mechanical failure of my current Audi. Jose understood that I was down to sharing a car with my wife. He explained that he had cars coming in that could be secured by placing a order with a deposit. They had windows of estimated arrival and specific equipment added. After a drive of a used 2023 Rav4, which was all the dealership had for a test drive, I felt confident to purchase a new 2024.
I explained to Jose that I had a specific trim and exterior color in mind and that's what I wanted and was willing to wait for it even though I would be limited by one car in the family. Jose said he would try and find a Rav4 that would work for me. By searching his incoming allocation he found a 2024 XLE Premium Hybrid in White but it had the wrong color interior and other minor add ons. He said that he would try and change the car to fit my choices. So he made the changes and said it will take a day or two to get a acknowledgment from the factory if the changes were accepted.
Also, if and when the changes were done, they would show up on the Hoffman Smart Path website. By Wednesday October 25, 2023 I checked the website before Hoffman was open and saw that the car had been changed to meet my choices. I called Jose at 9:00 am but he was already with a customer. Not wanting to lose this car, as I had not given a deposit yet, I sent a email from the website to see if the car was still available. I quickly got a email reply back from Ashley that "sorry but it is being held for a customer". I called Ashley to confirm it was gone and she said "unfortunately it was being held". I asked if she could tell me who it was held for and she said "Richard". I told her that was me and please Have Jose call me. Jose had gone above and beyond the
Hoffman policy by holding the car. That morning I went in and placed a deposit on the incoming car. It doesn't end here.
A few days later, October 29, 2023, I noticed another model that was coming in sooner and had different equipment both standard and additional. It was a Calvary Blue Hybrid XSE. I called Jose and asked it I could Switch, from the car he had worked to change, to this one. He said "absolutely" and made the change. That car came in on November 7 and Jose got it ready for a November 8th pickup.
The car was perfectly detailed and in the building in the delivery area. After some quick paper work with Jamal, Jose then spent the time to explain in detail the basic functions' of the car and made sure before I left that my iphone was paired with the car and "My Toyota" account was set up.
17 days from start to finish to get my new 2024 Rav4 XSE.
Jose is a great asset for Hoffman Toyota and he went above and beyond the norm to get the job done.

P.S. I noticed on the Hoffman Smart Path website that the car I originally ordered Is now "Sale Pending".
