Our experience with Ana at Baribault Jewelers while picking out our wedding bands was fantastic! Ana was so helpful, walking us through all the options and even giving us great suggestions for other wedding-related stuff like suit rentals and future jewelry ideas. She made the whole process enjoyable with her friendly attitude, and she nailed the sizing for our wedding bands. Ana also had some helpful advice on financing, showing that she really understood what we were looking for. Working with her for the wedding bands just reinforced how satisfied we are with the exceptional service at Baribault Jewelers.

This review is long over due! I had the pleasure to work with Annette for my wedding band. I must of visited the store 8 times going back and forth between wedding bands because I simply couldn't pick the wedding band I wanted to go along with my engagement ring. Annette was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. When I finally picked the one I wanted she had everything ready to go and was able to get it in time for my wedding as I wait until the last minute to order it. I love my set and am so happy with how it came out. I also am truly grateful for Annette and her kindness/ professionalism throughout the process.

Baribault is our go-to jewelry store! Annette worked with us to help make our wedding ring dreams come true! She helped us try on ring after ring, find the right size, right shine, right brush, right feel for our wedding bands! She made sure the matching band to my engagement ring was available for our wedding band appointment. I brought in an heirloom necklace to have the clasp repaired. I also wanted to shorten the length a bit. I worked with Anastazia who determined that we could make a pair of earrings with the removed links. I love the new earrings, the necklace length is perfect and Anastazia was lovely to work with. I will definitely be back.

Ana is the best! She has helped me several times to chose or create some special pieces for different occasions.

I recently went to Baribault Jewelers to reset my outdated wedding ring and transform some of my old jewelry. I worked with Annette who made the process so easy. Annette went above and beyond by working with me to help pick out a setting for my diamond and design a custom band. She sent me images of the different options that I could use, as well as helping me find the way which was most cost effective. Annette suggested Baribault buy the scrap gold from my old jewelry to put towards the cost. I love my new Tacori setting and my custom band that she designed. For our 35th wedding anniversary, we went to Baribault’s to replace my diamond engagement ring for a beautiful new diamond setting. We never replaced the wedding bands. Years later after moving away from Glastonbury, we were in town visiting. We stopped in to Baribault. Cherry was amazing, she helped us find the perfect bands to complete my wedding ring. She was very helpful and patient, even allowing me to try on her bands to see how they would look with my ring. We ordered 2 eternity bands and they were delivered safe and sound to Delaware. Ana was an absolute pleasure to work with! In our search for the perfect engagement ring, she started with a wide array of choices and skillfully narrowed it down to what my future bride would love. Then, for the final selection of choices, she was prepared beyond expectation! I have worked with Baribault twice now, and both times had a great experience. Most recently my engagement ring was either lost or stolen. This was obviously a very difficult time for my fiancé and I. We were both very stressed out and Ana came to the rescue. Luckily we purchased insurance on my ring, through Baribaults recommendation with Jewelers Mutual. Boy we are glad to have done this. Jewelers Mutual approved my claim and worked directed with Baribault to recreate my ring. Ana was quick and informative, she listened to my concerns with the size and position of the diamond on my pervious ring. She had us visit the store to see the new diamond in person before sending the work order to Tacori.

Ana and the entire Baribault team were a pleasure to work with. We will certainly be back for our wedding bands and any future jewelry purchases. I cannot recommend them, and Jewelers Mutual, enough!!
