I'm extremely happy with the service I received from this jewelry store. It was the first one and only one I had to go to, to find an engagement ring. I will be coming back here any time i need jewelry in the future. They have a very nice selections in different gold colors and styles. I took a look at all the other jewelry and watches they had and found a lot of nice items. The store is very clean and bright. I highly recommend coming here for any your jewelry purchases!

WOW. There are truly not enough words to adequately describe my amazing service with Turgeon Jewelers. If I could rate higher than 5-stars, I would. I needed my engagement ring resized and not only was it done PERFECTLY, it was done quickly with the utmost professionalism and care. It’s hard to find businesses these days that are driven by the compassion they have for customers as opposed to money; Turgeon Jewelers is a business that truly puts the customer first. Got a mosquito bite right behind my wedding ring. Swelled up a lot. Had to get it cut off. He didn't even charge for the cut off and the repair (after a month of letting the swelling go down to resize) was perfect and very reasonable.

I lost two diamonds from my eternity band right before the holiday weekend and Turgeon jewelers was able to replace the diamonds in one day. I wasn’t expecting it to be done until after I got back from vacation but Mike knows that I wear the band every day.I was so happy. The customer service is exceptional and the staff is always very friendly & welcoming.Thank you for returning my ring before I left for vacation. I love their jewelry & the staff!

We went to Turgeons to have my wife's engagement ring fixed and appraised. They were very reasonable priced compared to some other Jewelers, also knowledgable, courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

Turgeon Jewelers was an amazing help with picking out and customizing my wedding band for my September 2021 wedding! I had been considering a different band and Mike recommended a style that fit better with my engagement ring and I am SO happy that I trusted his expertise. I am in love with the band he recommended for me and had such a wonderful experience. My husband and I plan to use Turgeon Jewelers for all of our family jewelry needs going forward.

Turgeon Jewelers made our engagement ring and wedding bands. They did a great job and really made sure the rings were exactly as we wanted them to be. They are so kind and really will make sure everything is perfect. Initially heard about them from the "What's Happening In Newington" Facebook group and decided to bring my Seiko to them for some maintenance. Customer service was excellent, friendly staff, and amazing quality. Brought them three more watches today for removing a few links to fit my hand size and replacing the battery on one. Customer service was just as a great as the first time, this is my go-to place for jewelry in town now. 10/10 would come again.

First time in today, store is simple and sweet. Friendly and efficient, fixed my items right then and there. Very reasonable. Glad I stopped in. Aside from great service today also want to say thank you for supporting local organizations like newington little league and newington knight football/cheer.

Definitely recommend you go here. I visited them twice to fix my necklace and downsize my ring and left out very satisfied.
