My sister purchased a prom dress from another store and was not happy with the dress or the customer service. We passed by Caccies and decided to head in. I’m so glad we did because we found a great dress and amazing customer service. Rey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all things dresses and really listened to my sister. She was so happy! Rey was also a great multi tasker tending to us as well as a bride. What a great place with great people and a fantastic selection. Thanks again Rey!

Working with Rey was amazing! He is so knowledgeable, and so patient. He answered every question I had, got back to me promptly whenever I left a message wanting to know any detail, and he gave the best advice to help me find my dream wedding dress. Rey is a genius!! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, helpful, and informative. I'm so glad I stepped into this place first. He knew exactly what worked well for my body and the first dress I tried on was the one! I'm so glad I came here for my dress and he also gave me some amazing tips and ideas for my bridesmaids, my mom and my fiances mom, and my fiance and the groomsmen. He knows a lot and even if you are unsure, he will help you find what will work amazingly well for you.

I had the most amazing experience at the shop. Reynaldo made me feel very welcome and asked what styles I liked. He picked out dresses but made me feel comfortable to be honest and make up my mind. It's a small shop so it's very intimate and I was the only bride trying on dresses so I felt very special the entire time. I ended up buying my dress there and its beautiful. My wedding is in 10 days and I can't wait to wear it!

I cannot say enough great things about Rey! From the moment I walked in I had an idea of what I liked, but it was so far from what looked good on my body. I cannot toot the horn on this place enough!!!! What an incredible experience. When I walked in, not only was I greeted with professionalism and knowledge, but a warmness that is second to none. They were able to find my perfect dress, even though it was nothing like what I thought it was going to be. And as a final touch, they had me walk down the "aisle," music and all in order to envision myself on my big day. Caccie's is absolutely incredible! The experience they created for me and my guests went above and beyond my expectations. They were great about listening to the things that were important to me and then having me try on things that met those needs. They have a great selection of dresses and are not overly priced. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be back with the rest of my wedding party!

So far in Connecticut, this is the best bridal shop I’ve been to. Caccie was so kind, polite, and serviceable. Great customer service! She brought my dream dress to reality. Definitely recommend! I’ll be bringing my sisters here for their wedding dresses.

The selection of womens formal wedding attire at Caccie's is excellent! Our attendant, Renaldo, removed some dresses from mannequins and took others from hidden storage, to give me many options to consider. I had such a blast trying on many different styles and colors to see what would match best with my shape, skin tone, and comfort level. After a couple days of trying many stores Renaldo made the process of dress shopping fun again with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and refreshingly honest, which helped me find the perfect combo of class and sass I was looking for.

Absolutely impressed with Caccie’s!!!! You’re family the moment you walk in and her seamstress is so knowledgeable and informative! She taught me how to wear my dress and took the time to share with my 4yo how to hand a pin to someone without poking them. So glad they got recommended to me! I’ll be a customer for life!!

I went to Caccie's with an open mind and little expectations because I did not think I was going to find anything... And I was so wrong! Caccie and Ronaldo were absolutely amazing! I went shopping by myself and they were like my own little cheerleaders. They listened to what my vision was and what I was looking for and the second dress I tried on was the one. They were so, so wonderful and helpful, and a lot of fun to be with. She has a great selection of not only bridal gowns but any formal dresses, along with menswear! I truly felt like they listened to me and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dress!

Such a fun place to get a wedding dress. You really have to just schedule an appointment and go. Go alone or with friends, either way you'll enjoy it. No pressure to buy.

They are amazing though we didnt find what we were looking for they were very attentive and even opened up shop out of business hours. I highly recommend this place.
