High Line Auto Service

Went to High Line after having a bad experience with my car dealers service department. What a breath of fresh air this place is! Debbie the service writer is lovely to work with. I got the most detailed inspection of my vehicle and it was all sent to my email with pictures and service suggestions. These guys really know their stuff! Prices are reasonable and they keep your car healthy. I do a lot of driving for work so that is important to me. Highly recommend High Line to anyone.

Having a luxury car can be stressful due to the fact that repair cost can be so high. Fortunately enough for me, I have High Line Auto, where I always feel they are giving fair and HONEST pricing, something I don’t trust the dealerships to do. Beyond that, they truly care about the experience and ensure that you are taken care of every step of the way. From drop off to when you pick up your car, with a bag of mints and a hand written thank you note, everything exceeds expectation.

Great staff and very honest shop. I've brought my car in a few times now, and recently brought it back in for some noises it was making. Turned out to be a failing wheel bearing that had caused some further issues and required me to get new pads and rotors. Because I had my car in with them a few months ago to replace the axle, they covered everything since it could have been related. They offered to cover it up front without any need to ask or escalate. Will definitely continue taking my cars here for service.

Will definitely be taking my vehicle back here for any future repair needs. Brought my car to them after having it looked at by another shop with unclear diagnoses and recommendations. High Line blew it out of the water with great communication and a comprehensive report diagnosing what was going on with multiple repair options and an eye for affordability. Definitely a great experience to work with.

Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Communications are fast and thorough. The whole facility is very clean. The the shop is clean, bright and organized. Very professional. Brought my Hyundai in for an alignment. Quickly got a thorough inspection of the whole vehicle including pictures via a text message. Although they pointed out several things, unrelated to an alignment, that may need attention, they certainly didn't push anything on me, which I appreciate. There was one wheel they couldn't align due to a frozen cam bolt but they said it was out so slightly that it wasn't worth addressing. An overall positive experience! Oh, and they left a handwritten thank you note and candies on the dashboard.

I wish I had found Highline Auto a long time ago. To have done so, would have saved me many headaches. They are wonderful. They are professional. I cannot say enough about the great customer service I received. They treated me well and did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you all so much.

Best experience i ever had!! Provided updates with photos first company i ever seen so that was very impressed receptionist was very friendly caring and attentive cant say enough about this place highly recommended!! If i could give more stars i would.

High Line is always professional, courteous, and kind when it comes to your car! They will inspect your vehicle from head to toe and give you a detailed breakdown with photos of the issues so you can make your own educated decisions about the work you want done. There is no pressure to do something or gimmicks around their services. This is a place I never worry about being taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about vehicles because they are extremely transparent. Plus, their prices are extremely fair and reasonable for the services they complete. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great service again from High Line Auto. Brought 3 cars in this month (ford escape, Mercedes s550, gmc Yukon) for oil changes, brakes, rotors, new tires, leaking gasket.
