This place saved us $170.00 and was so accommodating!!! Thank you, Charlie! You are the best! Charlie has super great customer service skills and really wanted to help us with our Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. It only needed the screen protector replaced, which he was able to take care of in no time! Another place was telling us that we would have to send the phone away for a week for the screen protector to be replaced, plus, it was going to cost us a couple hundred dollars to do so. CHARLIE, thank you again - you rock!

I came here a couple days ago because I needed a screen protector on my new phone. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a phone that many people do not have, and he saved me from making a mistake that could have cost me a few hundred dollars. I absolutely recommend this place!

I needed my screen repaired, first time booking the appointment. Which was a success, there’re dedicated service helped me, very quickly. Screen is working at its 100% as if I have a brand new device! Chris was awesome, customer service was definitely A1. He also informed me of other devices they fix! Appreciate his customer service as well as his knowledgeable information regards to my warranty an other important information I should be aware of! Thank you again.

This place saved us twice now. First time with a same day repair on a completely cracked screen that fell onto the driveway and second time today on a charging port. They’re so honest, kind and convenient here. I love that you can make an apt and that they actually tried to clean the port first because as it turns out paper was stuck inside and it didn’t even require repair. They’re reasonably priced and same day repairs save us because my husband and I both use our phones for work and can’t be without them long. So much better than Verizon who right away says the phone can’t be fixed and wants to upgrade you. Worth the drive and every penny.

I went in because I needed help scanning my computer for a virus and malware that was downloaded accidentally. Chris was awesome. He told me exactly how to do it, by myself, so he didn’t waste my time and money! He gave me a card to call if I had any questions too! I am DEFINITELY going there again and would highly recommend them because they care about their customer and no just to make as much money as they can, despite their customer.

My less than a year old phone screen popped out. Although it's under warranty I needed it fixed fast. Within less than an hour it's now back and fixed!

Thomas and James were courteous and did an amazing job and didn't take nearly as long as I was told. I highly recommend this location and a few things to consider: *If you have insurance, call and make a claim. I was told about this after I arrived (at York store) and quickly called to make a claim. This saved me ALOT of money! From approx $300 to $35! They accept the claim within 14 days. Also, Make an appointment! Otherwise, you will be waiting for bit, especially if it happens to be a busy day. Lastly, the York store had great customer service. However, since they were a newly added franchise, they weren't showing available to schedule appointments through the insurance company, hence how I ended up in Lancaster. Overall, between the stores, I had a great first-time customer experience.

They are awesome. I had an issue with my phone screen and they fix it with in an hour. No issues or fuss, fast and expireneced. Thanks again

I've been walking around with what I thought was a cracked screen on my phone for many weeks.

I went to the shop and asked Chris this morning to replace the screen. He took one look at it... then peeled off the screen protector that I had on it. Come to find out, the protector was the only thing that was cracked!

It definitely would have been a costly repair!

When dropped off, it unclear if the issue was the screen or the motherboard. I was expecting a call explaining what was wrong for me to decide if wanted to fix it. Instead my first call was notifying me if was fixed and ready to be picked up. It would have been if had gotten the call first to determine if wanted to drop $160 on this phone

Phone decided to not charge with any charger we had. I took it to uBreakiFix and within 2 hours the charging port was replaced and charging like new. Great customer service and quick fix, can't beat that.

I took my phone to fix my charging port and turned out it didn't need to be fixed. Any other place could of replaced it and I wouldn't have known it didn't need to be done. Thank you for not trying to make a quick buck 🤗

My phone wouldn't turn on or charge. I brought it in to Tim in York, Pa on Arsenal Rd. I was sure everything on my phone was lost. He called me a few days later saying it was fixed and everything was on it. I am super grateful.

I brought my Galaxy Z Fold5 and iPhone 13 Pro Max here for repair. The Fold5 was covered by warranty for an inner screen replacement. The iPhone was to replace 2 camera lens covers. The employees were very nice and informative. Pricing was reasonable. They also finished the repairs earlier than anticipated so I could pick up the same day. I would recommend them for sure and plan on bringing a few other broken devices I have in for repair.

My own an op switch was broken on my samsung a Fourteen. The guys were extremely professional and helped me immediately. I would give both of them. The highest reviews possible for customer service and for dedication to their job. They are the very best.

This place is GREAT! No B.S. Chris was open and honest about the issue, the fix, the cost, and the amount of time to fix it. I would go back here for any electronics issues. Thank you!

I was very happy that once the part.on my cell phone that needed to be replaced came in that I was able to bring it in and get it completed in a couple of hours. It was the first time since I got the phone that I was without it. I do a lot of on-call work an was very happy that I was only without the phone for a couple of hours instead of a couple of days. Thank you very much.

This was my second time visiting this store and I was super impressed with the customer service and the quality of repairs. I add an appointment set up with the manager whose name is Alex. I had a broken Samsung Galaxy 10 plus. And they fixed it my phone for reasonable amount compared to other places around here and the DMV.
I walked in with a broken screen, for half of my screen was blacked out. And the portion off my frame was bent. So they replaced my screen and the frame with the OEM parts with the brand new battery for free. And I was in and out within two hours.
This is the one of the most cleanest UBREAKIFIX store I have visited. In the waiting they have freaking Best chairs possibly you can sit down. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Both Tim & Charles were amazing. It's always stressful when your electronics break. The staff at uBreakiFix were able to run a diagnostic and get my laptop back to working order in no time free of charge. I've used them in the past at other locations and have had such amazing experiences there as well. Could not recommend more.
