I had some issues with Michael’s Jewelers, so stopped here hoping something could be rectified... it was my engagement ring, and my husband passed away in Jan., so I was understandably distraught. The owner (very compassionately I might add) fixed my ring, and did it free of charge. I was very impressed with him and the lady at the front, and will definitely return here next time I need jewelry repaired.

Gary has been amazing. I've gone there for several items over the past 6 years, and every time, even as the owner, he has greeted me with a warm smile, handshake, and pleasant conversation. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and has no problem taking the time to explain things to someone like me, who attempts to research things on the internet and just gets even more confused.

Based on my experience I've had several friends, as well as my father (who is a hard man to impress) tell me they will exclusively go to Farmington Jewelers for their Jewelry needs. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Awesome, I came in at 5pm on a Friday to have a broken spring bar replaced on my watch after failing to find one of the correct thickness on Amazon. The owner was very friendly and fixed my Seiko in under two minutes, free of charge, even though I had never even set foot in the store previously. Excellent service, thank you again.

My wedding band had lots of scratches and was tarnished after being married about a decade. I was calling around to get it polished and to find out a price. Farmington Jewelers said "no charge" and did it for when right when I came in. I am an online kind of shopper, but these guys made realize the beauty of a local jeweler. I plan to go back when I have future needs for my wife and daughters!
