I was in a panic v because I couldn’t get into my garage to get my car for a doctors appointment. I called Sure Lock and Key and they sent me a wonderful sweet and friendly young man who was raring to go as he knew I was in a rush. He see my door handles which is very atypical and because it’s imported many locksmiths over the years just could not figure out how to service them. He is obviously so knowledgeable that he figured it out in about five minutes and Wala he fix the door perfectly. I’ve never seen any person at all the workers that have come to do my house in my renovation, be so quick and efficient and neat and that is something that I look for when I hire somebody. There’s nobody I would ever use again so I’m hoping that he never leaves because if you ever want somebody Jake is the person to get it. Thank you ,Jake for making sure I made my appointment.

Great and reliable service with the best customer service. I had a worn key on my 2004 Honda Accord coupe, they did a great job at cutting and programming the key with a up to date cutting machine and programming portable computer. Would recommend the service to everyone.

As I was unable to locate my car keys, I was compelled to contact this locksmith. Thankfully, they arrived within an hour, allowing me to depart in my vehicle.

Great job! Daniel arrived on time and did a fine job installing a new mortise lock to my front door - it's an antiquated lock that was originally installed about 20 years ago and required 45 minutes and real expertise to re-install a new one. Daniel was professional, personable, and experienced. The job turned out to be expensive, but apparently mortise locks are seldom used these days, which, understandably, accounts for the $500+ cost. Kudos, too, to Eileen, who set up my same-day appointment in a courteous and friendly way. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Just moved in and was leaving for a business trip the next day and didn’t want to leave my wife without the extra security of a newly installed deadbolt, particularly after we discovered our dog could open the existing door, even when locked.

Sure lock came out on Labor Day and installed both a new deadbolt as well as Nest Hello to provide my family extra security and peace of mind.

Daniel followed up on a request I made last month and came out to my house and cut and programmed two keys so I can use the remote feature on my Honda Accord. He was very helpful in explaining how to take care of the new keys as well.

Jake was great—we had a faulty doorknob and lock mechanism that completely stumped the first person we previously turned to, then Jake was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot and show us how to prevent it from happening again.
