John Ambrogio is a highly skilled, clearly well-trained and experienced locksmith. I was so pleased that he was able to uncover a complication with our lock and consequently got the job done right. He really went the extra mile. He also has a very pleasant personalty, picks up his phone, gives you an accurate estimate, and shows up when he says he will.
