Today’s day is July 7 2024 I have two front tires put on so far so good. They did it at a timely manner. The representative in the waiting room was very helpful and polite. I am basing my rating on purchasing new tires. They are smooth, no shaking or any problems at the moment. If I find any problems, I will definitely update my rating and explain my review. For the price balanced and mounted it was good. I am a mechanic of 20+ years.

The most kind, respectful, accommodating experience I may have ever had at an auto repair shop. I felt obligated to write a review. They truly went above and beyond for me and were very aware of my time- brought my vehicle right back and made sure I would not be late for work. I felt extremely comfortable and felt they were very trustworthy.

We have been working with Alex for 2 years and he and his staff are amazing, honest, with honestly is the most important aspect for us, he is it to help people and always for an honest price. They are all super helpful and will go above and beyond to help us. Friendly, nice, caring I can go forever. We have always been treated very well, amazing service.

These guys are awesome. I was on a trip from PA to Boston and stopped at the Danbury rest area to see one of my tires was about 1/2 flat. Went to remove the cap to the tire stem and the stem hissed. Not good.

I found these guys and gave them a call to let them know I was on my way. This was at about 5pm. I got there and they said they’d take care of me. About 10 minutes later, they replaced the valve stem. Never tried to up-sell or over-fix. And only charged me 30 dollars. On the road again before 5:30.

5/5 everything. I’d highly recommend.

I went here for a new tire when I had a flat. I saw that they were open on a Sunday. The experience was great. The front desk and the mechanics were welcoming. Later on I went to get an estimate on a lot of work that I needed to have done. Being a woman going into an auto shop can be intimidating but I didn’t feel like I was going to get overcharged and that they would screw me over. They were just as welcoming and helpful as the first time. They kept me up to date on what was happening and they were very good at explaining things to me so that I could understand easily. They went above and beyond and they really do value their customers. I recommend this place to all my friends and family because I trust them. If you’re looking for a regular auto shop to service your car and you’re local, this is the place.

This place is amazing i had and issue with my bmw and they were able to take care of it and fix the check engine light now the car drives 100 times better then before, the guys working there were really honest , and changed my tires. i also asked for my brakes to be changed and they told me that I didn’t need them and that they looked good. Really professional people. They got my business forever for all my car’s needs.

Awesome staff that provides amazing service!! I have been coming here since I moved to Danbury 2 1/2 years ago and these guys have always been prompt, kind and professional! Whenever they say they’re going to get something done for you, they do it by that time, if not sooner. They’re always speedy about getting parts in if they don’t have it in the shop at that moment and are super generous with their services. 10-star service and I will continue going here. I can’t say there is another auto shop I trust!

Brought my ram truck there to have 35 inch tires I purchased online mounted and balanced. when 2 out of 4 where mounted they noticed two of them were egg shaped. Long story short I returned those tires and the owner helped me order a beautiful set of copper master craft tires . they were received within two days. They even called me on a Friday an hour and a half before they closed telling me they could put them on the truck that day. Very friendly staff.

These guys are GREAT! I was an hour from home when the car started throwing danger signals so I popped in and it was busy but they fit me in to fix it - even staying late to finish it!! Awesome service.

The staff at danbury tire &Auto were courteous and professional. Their pricing was exactly what they estimated me and the time to complete the job was less than what they quoted. I am so impressed with the customer service at this station. Gave me an honest price for an expensive tire. Helped me with air and a plug for my tire on the spot, despite being super busy. Nice guys too! 6 stars if I could.

They open on Memorial day, (2023) as we travel from NC with our camper. Two tires popped and they had tires in stock for RV. Not even my insurance couldn’t help me with sending tires to my location i was stranded… They have good quality work, in good timing and good price.

Got towed here cuz of a tire issue. Excellent, professional and friendly service. Wish I lived closer.

Great service. I was in at the shop at their last hour of business on New Years day. i was in and out in 10 minutes for a slow leak in a tire. Thank you Moe. Moe was kind and informative. Happy New Year guys. We'll be back for new tires very soon.

We were on a road trip from Boston to Philly and the engine temperature sensor started going off. It was New Years Day, so we were excited to find a place that was even open. They checked on my coolant and got us back on the road within 10 minutes! We so appreciated their help and friendliness.

The staff at Danbury Tires and Auto are very efficient and are always there to fix any car issues quickly. Would definitely recommend this business!

Wow excellent service and in a very timely fashion. Had no appointment showed up and the gentleman said it would take 25 mins or so to replace the tire. Car was done and ready in under that time.
