Tom was the kindest adjuster & was very helpful through the entire process. He made what can be quite a stressful experience far more bearable & he explained everything so well.

I had my Miata Rf sent here after a tree fell on it while I was driving. Tom was extremely helpful and relayed everything that needed to happen. John did wonders on the car and she looked absolutely gorgeous when I got her back. The other staff is very friendly and they took extreme care with my car. No complaints.

I had my car repaired at John Kennedy Mazda Conshohocken's collision center six months ago. Recently, after a car wash, I noticed some scratches on the paint in areas that had been previously worked on by their team. Despite the time elapsed and the nature of the damage, the manager was incredibly accommodating. They agreed to fix the scratches, provided me with a rental car, and even arranged a ride for me. The manager's approach was exceptionally courteous and far surpassed the general staff's service. Although a couple of the deeper scratches remained slightly visible, the overall commitment and customer service were commendable. Highly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction!

The team did an outstanding job on the body work / repairs to my car. They even went above and beyond in detailing it upon pick-up. The office staff are all very friendly and welcoming. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be for better and more timely communication. I had to chase status updates on progress being made and I really didn’t like having to do that.
Apart from that, an excellent experience!

My husband and I took our car to the collision center yesterday. We had what appeared to be an area of paint corrosion on the right front fender. We were helped by Zach as soon as we got there. He used two different products to try to resolve the issue which did not work. Then he had the manager, Vincent Evangelist, come out and take a look. He sent our car back to the shop where there were able to completely resolve the problem!!! And he also did not charge us at all for the visit!! We were extremely happy with the service that we received!! Everyone was very knowledgable, helpful and professional!! We would definitely use them again!!

I had an accident situation that wasn’t my fault and was going back and forth with the insurance company. Tom went out of his way to workout a solution for me! My car looks great and is safe to drive again! I really appreciated his help, friendliness and how he went above and beyond! I would recommend this shop to anyone needing collision services.

We had an excellent experience with the Conshohocken location. Everyone we dealt with was extremely accommodating and professional. Marion worked with us and kept us informed . She was always so helpful and kind. Getting parts during this pandemic was challenging, but they were diligent, persistent, and thankfully Victor managed to get everything done! We really appreciate the care they took with our car.

I was involved in an accident a few months ago. Went to the Willow Grove location, as it was closer to my office. My experience there was great until there was a problem after I received my car back. My red who handled my car was so vacation, so I spoke with the "manager". I detailed that experience under the Willow Grove location. Called to speak with someone higher than the manager at Willow Grove and was directed to Victor. From the beginning to the end, Victor was very professional. He helped fix the issue I was having with my car after an unpleasant experience at Willow Grove. He knew exactly what was wrong when I explained it to him and got the issue fixed within 15 mins. I cannot speak for the work they do at this location, but by having a leader, such as Victor, I can imagine there would be no issues.

I recently had my vehicle at the Collision Center for a paintless dent repair and it was a very seamless and efficient service. I called on a Monday afternoon to schedule and they were able to service the vehicle on Tuesday morning, the very next day. I was greeted upon entering by Marion who was incredibly accommodating, providing me estimated wait times and ensuring I could get onto the WiFi as I waited. Upon completion, they ensured I was satisfied with the service and Victor in the bodyshop also provided guidance on other potential body work needed and next steps. I will certainly be returning for future service.

I cannot say enough about JK Collision. I had an issue that was not their fault or their problem and they took it upon themselves to help me solve it when another vendor couldn't do it. They were kind and professional and ended up solving a problem with my windshield calibration that other shops couldn't solve. I will be using them again and encourage everyone else to, as well.

They handled a rather vexing electrical sensor repair problem for me, under a very convoluted set of insurance scenarios, methodically with great understanding, patience, thoroughness, and attention to detail. John the service manager was outstanding in understanding the situation and working within the parameters I needed with the insurance company, and the repair was flawless. Their body repair work is also excellent, and the service is polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough nice things about this body shop, my car was damaged by hail and this is the place I took it to. Mr. John Houston has been in charge of the body work assessments and getting the car all taken care of. He has gone above and beyond in his service and I truly hope the body shop realizes what a great estimator/ employee that they have. John puts customers first and i will be returning if God forbid I need more work done on my car.

Very smooth service. Parts had to be ordered for my car but they were delivered very fast. The actual work was good and quickly finished. There's a nice lobby with beverages available while you wait.

Customer satisfaction is paramount at this location. The coffee/tea bar is stacked and the staff is welcoming and heartfelt. I would definitely take my vehicle back to this location. Thanks Victor.

They really did a great job on my 2017 Subaru Legacy! I had a situation where I fudged my numbers on paying them on time for the deductible plus remainder that my insurance wouldn't cover and they were very patient.
