Mr. Red Rose thank you for your quick and good service. I knew I wanted to send my loved one some flowers but didn't know what exactly I was looking for. In looking at your site I saw just what I needed a cat arrangement. My loved one loves her cat's and I knew an arrangement shaped like one of her cat's would be just the thing. It sure was.

I like to support local florists rather than all the 1-800 options. I ordered from Mr. Rose's website. I received a phone call that the vase in the image wasn't available and would a substitute vase be ok? I said that was fine and thanked them for checking. I wish the woman who called had also indicated the flowers would also be different.

The arrangement was supposed to be bright pinks, whites with a little light yellow for a baby girl. What arrived was dark greens, dark magenta pinks, dark teal accents. It looked more appropriate for a sympathy arrangement than a baby arrival celebration. If the flowers weren't available I could have chosen something different.

I'm guessing they thought since I was ordering from NC I wouldn't see what was delivered in CT.

Ordered from 1800 flowers- the delivery person left the flowers on top of the recycling bin. He didn’t even knock the door. Thank God the person I sent it to found it on time. It’s July the flowers could have been ruined.

I called in and the lady was very rude and short with me, she even hung up while I was still asking a question. All I wanted was flowers for a female coworker who was retiring.
