They were recommended to me after moving to area and I completely understand why. Their service, inventory, and prices were all fantastic. I especially loved that they didn't try any high pressure sales tactics or scams so I was comfortable asking about other services that they offer. They're a legitimately honest shop and that's harder to find than it should be. I will absolutely be returning to CJs.

Tim Sessions, the manager, is very friendly and squeezed us in last minute on a friday to balance all 4 tires by himself even though his help was gone for the day. He saved our 440 mile holiday weekend drive from being a rough one. Thanks Tim! Also this place is very clean, comfortable, and professional. Would recommend!

Found my LR tire losing air, nail in tire.
Took it back to CJ's at 8am the next day, they replaced the $247 tire for free under their Guardian Plan and I was out by 08:30am!

I wanted my rims powder coated. CJ's made it happen! My wheels are now illusion purple and I love them. It didn't even take long at all. From start to finish, the process only took 2 days! Great job guys! And thank you!!

Ordered bigger tires for my truck and Shawn made sure to take the time to make sure they fit before making my decision. Couldn’t be happier with them. I make the drive from Ephrata to this store because of the amazing customer service from these guys. Overall great experience every time I’m there.

Got my alignment done by a group of intelegant and professional staff. They informed me that the people who did my alignment a few months ago (local competitor) left my one bolt loose. That bolt caused my tires to wear badly. Moral of this story is Go to CJS for work on your car if you want the good mechanic and staff.

Very happy with the process of ordering tires and scheduling the install all online. I searched many tire shops and CJ's had the best pricing. I liked the fact that they provide the all in price on line. No hidden additional fees that you find out about after tires are installed. Received notification when tires arrived and confirming my appointment time selected. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 11am appointment and the vehicle was taken into the bay immediately. All four tires were installed and I was out of there by 11:30.

The staff is fantastic and squeezed in my tire repair even though it was closing soon. I am a loyal CJ’s Tire customer.

walked in no appointment on a Saturday morning needed an oil change. all other surrounding shops were packed they said no problem give it an hour. while they were working noticed a bulb out..good price great service.

I called CJ's in York this morning and they were able to get my car serviced immediately this morning. I needed a new battery. Jeremy and Shawn diagnosed it and replaced old battery. Everyone at that store is extremely pleasant and professional. Thanks again.

First experience with CJ’s was exceptional! Very fast, efficient, professional and went the extra mile to take care of my car. They even kept my car in the bay while it snowed so it would be clean when I picked it up! Very thoughtful! Will definitely be returning here.

They gave me 4 tires for $400 plus. The alignment was $100 plus tax. Total was $560 Inc. tax. They installed it the same time. I did not have to go back the next day. I have a Toyota Corolla S. I left there at 6:20 P.M. They close at 6 P.M. They worked like a team. All the men worked together to take the tires off and install the new tires. Good Job

I am currently sitting on an airplane for a business trip and, simply said, it is all because of the work of CJ's. I got a serious flat on my drive, found their York location by luck, they fixed my tire and got me on the road in about 30 minutes and I made my flight. They are now my first choice for any service they offer.

I was extremely disappointed by my first experience here. The part of the work performed was done correctly, which is why I rated 5 stars. The experience was rushed, the associate who ordered the tires in, failed to mention that while they are open until 6PM EST, and to just come anytime, only some services can be performed. I left work 3 hours early, to arrive just shy of 4:30PM EST, and was informed by the associate at the desk, their alignment guy leaves at 5. If this was communicated, I would have not left work early. I purchased 4 tires for a little over $1000. It was done by 5PM EST. When expressing my discontent, the associate really didnt care and tried to sell me a warranty before I declined and was rushed out. I will look elsewhere for the tires and alignment on my SUV.
