Buyer BEWARE if you use their website!! I helped my MIL buy a rug on the website, went through the checkout process (couldn't find any shipping fees listed). I called a few days later to check on delivery only to find that the rug had been sold the week before but not marked on the website. I requested money back... he refused to give the entire payment back because of PayPal fees. He said in the return that "I bought something marked sold (it was marked sold AFTER I purchased it) and I didn't pay shipping fees (again, how can you pay something that is not listed on the website)? It was HIS issue he didn't update his website because there is no physical way to purchase an item that is marked sold and you can't pay for shipping if it isn't listed as an option in the checkout.
