Vegetarian perspective

SO many vegetarian options!! Got the Buddha Dumplings and the Heavenly Curry with tofu. I wanted to drink the curry sauce, it was that good...the dumplings were clearly homemade and so delicious. Everything was brought out quickly. Was with a friend who used to work nearby. She has eaten everywhere in downtown Conshy because of her job, and this is the place she craves the most when back in the area.

New to the area and on my lunch break came in to try Chiangmai. I got their lunch special and picked their tulip dumpling and drunken noodle with beef combo. The dumplings was fresh and hot and the drunken was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. The ladies was nice and the Thai ice tea was a nice treat after the meal!!! I would recommend cute little hole in the wall place in conshy.😋

Chiang Mai in Conshy. Been wanting to try this for years and finally had occasion to be in Conshy at lunchtime on a Saturday. Thai dumplings were delicately fried and STUFFED with a subtle ground pork/shrimp. Dipping sauce was based on THICK soy, far better than the runny stuff that doesn't stick to your food. Wife's red curry (not pictured) was fine but unremarkable. I ordered the Evil Jungle Princess with beef THAI spicy. It didn't match what I get in the D.C. area, but was the closest I've found in the Philly area since Siam Cuisine closed years ago. Veggies were fresh and crisp, the sauce offered a hint of sweetness from caramelization. The beef was lean round and a bit tough, but still chewable. Prices were in line with other Thai in the area. Will def go back.

Passing by Conshocken, we stopped in for an early weekend dinner at Chiangmai and were pleased to have found some good Thai. They have an extensive menu of options and friendly staff. We started with two Thai iced teas and the Golden Ring appetizer of lightly-fried calamari and sweet and sour sauce which had peanuts in it.

For entrees, I went with the recommended Pad Thai Duck. One note of caution is one of the fried duck pieces still had the bone in it when I bit down. Otherwise, the dish tasted great. My partner had the Seafood Madness which had a medley of seafood and a spicy curry sauce. The serving sizes are enormous. I hadn’t eaten anything all day and still could only finish half of what was served.

Excellently prepared fresh and delicious food! Everything about the service and experience was great. It was during quiet hours and sometimes restaurant staff can move slow during those times but every was quick and hot. So fresh! Amazing flavors. I got the Chicken Satay and highly recommend it. I enjoyed the Duck Pad Thai as well. I will definitely return.

Excellent food for dine in or take out. Lunch special is also a great deal. We have so many favorites here it's always hard to order. The Drunken Noodles are a must along with the Thai Iced Tea. Plenty of options for vegetarians as well.

Our fave Thai restaurant, hands down! I would come here everyday to exclusively eat their som tum cabbage salad - if you like spicy, order 4/5 spicy or ask for Thai spicy! 🥵 🔥 One time, we even ordered two plates of it back to back just so I could devour more.

You can't go wrong with any of their dishes on the menu especially the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, drunken noodles with beef, or evil jungle princess with shrimp! Your choice of protein is cooked PERFECTLY in every single dish they make. I don't know how they do it. We love you guys 😍😋🤤

My husband and I love this restaurant. When we lived in Conshohocken this was a regular spot for us and we miss it dearly. It’s a BYO with a charming atmosphere, attentive staff, delicious & affordable food. Would highly recommend.

Consistently great dining here! We have been coming to Chiangmai for at 10 years. Every meal has been excellent! I highly recommend the Pad Thai, duck, Tom Ka Gai (chicken coconut soup), salad with peanut sauce dressing, and vegetarian egg rolls. This is a small, indoors-only restaurant (they offer takeout as well). It's also BYOB, which we appreciate (no corkage fee). Servers are wearing masks, and tables have reasonable space between them. We prefer coming a bit earlier, when it's quiet.

You can park on the street or in one of 2 free public garages about a block away in either direction.

Lovely Thai place in the area. Always busy. Friday nights mostly. Small seating area and the service is beautiful. Evil Jungle Princess and Pad Thai are my favorites. Not so pricey. Free limited parking is available in front of the store and on the next road.

The place is excellent. Upon arrival, I was greeted and immediately led to a table. Menu is long enough, has all the variety one could need.
Service was flawless, and the ambiance was fantastic.
My coconut milk soup could have used a bit more flavor. My red curry was absolutely perfect, one of the best ones I've ever had.
Value for what I got was perfect, good portions, excellent flavors, and super service.
Easy street parking.

This is hands down my favorite Thai restaurant. I work in Conshy and we frequent here for their amazing lunch special. Soup/App/Entree that’s 14 bucks! My favorites are the Tom Yum Soup, Thai Dumplings, and Evil Jungle Princess or Drunken Noodles! They have 4 levels of spicy with level 4 being Thai Spicy and that is amazingly good! Spicy but still so flavorful. Everything I have ever gotten has been delicious and fresh and are always willing to accommodate any requests I have. The staff is always pleasant and quick but you don’t feel rushed. I live outside of Conshy and brought my friend this week to try and we both agree it’s worth the 30 minute drive!! Don’t skip the Thai iced tea, that is also delicious! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great Thai place to eat at a reasonable price. I ordered the Tom Yum Goong (Thai Spicy) and a side vermicelli and my wife got the Duck Pad Thai, but she said it was a bit too sweet. She ordered the Mango sticky rice, which was good, but a very small portion. Prices of food was moderately expensive but not too steep
