If you need a compression machine for your legs, Stop looking. you just found the best one on the market with superior customer service. I had another brand that quit working. My doctor then recommened this one. Joe called on the phone to set up my appointment. Two days later he was here on time and smiling. He took measurements, answered my questions, and told me he'd be back in 3 days. Once again we was on time and with the lymphedema machine. He put it together ( very easy) explained how to use it, (simple) and made sure was comfortable in it and using it. I was and still am. It's by far the most comfortable of any. I use it and have no problem with it. I love the feature on the screen that tells you how long you have left on your cycle. The background on the screen is blue so it's much easier on the eyes. I had to travel with it and it presented no problem. I got a duffel bag to put it in and placed it in the trunk of my car. No problems. The unit is quiet very comfortable to use, easy to clean, (just wipe down with a damp cloth) easy to put on, just unzip the boot and place your leg inside ,zip back up, and turn it on. I called to ask a question for customer service. Not even 5 minutes passed when Joe called me to ask what I needed. Question answered, not a problem. This is an amazing unit and I'm every happy with it, You're going to be very happy with yours. Enjoy!!

They were great initially, set the machine up, seemed.incredibly nice, showed me how to run it and answered all my questions.

Now, my dog chewed one of the compression sleeves, and I called them asking how to get a replacement. No answer for months. Not from my local guy Joe, not from the corporate office. Finally caught Joe one day after calling repeatedly - he said he would research it and call us back in 2 hours. We gave him 2 days. NOTHING.

This is covered by insurance, I even have new insurance, why is this so difficult? I have not been happy with this complete and utter lack of service. If you can't help, call and give some suggestions or advice.
