I knew from the minute I met Steve Moppert that we were on the same page. Eric, Carla and his crew treated me like family, kept me updated throughout the process of repairing my Porsche 911. This is my dream car and Steve repaired it as if it were his dream car. I couldn’t be more pleased. It looks like it did when I bought it. You are simply the best.

I cannot say enough amazing things to say about our experience with Moppert Brothers, I have a QX80 Infinity, and my husband wanted to make sure we took it to a certified body shop that deal with our make. Carla the receptionist was so great to talk to, she always stayed in contact with me about my car. My car was only there for 2 weeks, and when I went to get it I can’t even tell you how amazing it looked. I will never take my cars anyplace else, their service was top notch, thank you to the whole team of people, you guys are all exceptional!!!!!!

Recently my wife’s Honda was scrapped in a parking lot. She took it to the Honda dealer who gave her an estimate of $1,800 and 5 days to repair.

I have a Tesla Model Y that experienced damaged to the left front fender. I was initially concerned because of horror stories about Tesla body repairs. None of those came to past with Moppert Brothers.

From the initial contact with my insurance company (Nationwide) to getting my car back fully repaired was about a week. Everyone at the shop -- from the office manger and technicians to one of the owners -- did everything possible to make the whole experience smooth and as stress free as possible.

Equally important, the repair work was flawless, including a perfect paint match. I fact, I feel the body panel fit was better than when the car was delivered initially. I hope I never have another incident with the car, but if that happens, Moppert will do the repairs. A five-star plus experience. Thank you all who were involved.

I am a car person and I love my vehicles so it is hard for me leave my car in anyone else’s hands but I’d heard great things from likeminded people about Moppert Brothers and they did not disappoint. Moppert was also recommended by my insurance company and dealt directly with them and the rental car company, making things seamless and effortless from my end.

This shop was very accommodating, and took care of our car in a reasonable timely manner. There was a defect in the part provided by the manufacturer and when I pointed it out they resolved the issue without questioning. Highly recommend them!

I stopped into the shop this morning after experiencing an unexpected issue with my car while driving.

I was originally planning to walk to a nearby gas station to purchase supplies or get help when I noticed I was next to an auto shop (Moppert Bros). I stopped into their office to ask for guidance on my situation- and they went above and beyond!

The gentleman in the office (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) came out to look at my car, top off a fluid, and gave me advice on what I should do next.

Both he and the receptionist, Carly, were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful in this stressful situation. Thank you again - I’m very grateful!

No complaints. They did a good job with the repairs and they even helped to coordinate pickup and dropoff of the rental car. On that note, if you do need a rental car I would suggest picking up/dropping off next door at PNC Bank. The parking lot at Moppert is tight. Finally, the staff at Moppert is super friendly.

When I brought my Tesla in for repairs, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the staff at Moppert Brothers. They carefully assessed the damage to my car and provided me and my insurance carrier with a detailed estimate before starting any work. I had extensive rear end damage. And what I thought was minor front end damage.

Throughout the repair process, the staff at Moppert Brothers kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and were always available to answer any questions I had. During the repair other damage was found and was immediately rectified. The front end damage was actually more than what we actually noticed in the beginning. Their commitment to customer service was truly outstanding - they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done on my Tesla.

And when I picked up my car, I was blown away by the quality of work. The repairs were flawless and the attention to detail was impressive. My Tesla looked like new again, and I couldn't have been happier with the work that had been done. All sensors were recalibrated!

Had to get my Tesla fixed, which took a little over a month but everyone here is very nice and it was always a pleasant experience with every interaction and phone call. They are very honest with their timing and are transparent about what they are doing to fix your car. I’d recommend this place for my fellow Tesla owners but to everyone else as well!
