Wiz Kidz Cheesesteaks

I first tried them out from a food truck and had to go back.

The location had a fun retro design that was tasteful. Arcade cabinets were a nice touch too.

The place was clean, the food was great. I tried a spicy sandwich and was very pleased. Good attention to detail on their food. Not too salty, great roll, plenty of options.

This is my cheese steak spot.

I've tried other other locations and hands down my absolute favorite so far. The cheese (my goodness). The cheese I don't know what seasoning they use but the flavor in the cheese is amazing has a kick to it which makes it even better. I got a classic with cheese, peppers and onions & cheese fries. (They also have chicken tenders for the kids if you have a picky eater)

1st time at a Wiz Kidz. Food was great! Large portions. Had cheesesteak bowl with cheese fries! Definitely going back!!!

Oh man, definitely in the top five of best cheesesteak sandwiches in Pennsylvania/ New Jersey. Great food (large portions), great customer service and a nostalgic vibe. Free retro video game arcade. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend. 👍🏻

The wings were realllly good, drenched in sauce but still crunchy. My boyfriend said it’s the best eat out spot he’s had in a while, workers were really friendly also!

I went here for the first time and could not be happier. I placed a takeout order for a large steak with onions and wiz with large cheese fries. They made the food to order. Fast, friendly service and the taste was Philly authentic. The inside of the store was large, airy, and clean. Highly recommended.

We had a great lunch!! Talked to some of the employees and everyone was really nice. The sandwiches were awesome!!! All sauces are made in house, including the Wiz!! We will definitely be back!!!

Come try this place out if you're hungry for a cheese steak. I ordered buffalo chicken and it was excellent. Cool interior and friendly staff.

Wiz kids is fantastic improvement over the previous Steak n Shake that it took over. Not only the vibe and environment extremely welcoming but the food is delicious. I got the 610 and also the Buffalo pierogis and both were delicious. The selection of food is pretty broad for a cheesesteak restaurant as well. Overall this restaurant was great and I wish the owners the best of luck.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Wiz Kidz. I had the 6" The Wiz Kid with grilled onions, mushrooms and red and green bell peppers 🫑. It was the best cheese steak in the area since the Newburg Deli closed. The fries were also delish, if you like 5 Guys fries you will like these. They come with special sauce that was a bit too sweet for me, but others liked it. Overall top notch. I will definitely go again.

2022: This site was closed for several months, but is now back open for business. Still a great place for a cheesesteak. I do not like Wiz in general but love them with Provolone.

2023: Still very good cheese steak. Now they have added a row of free video games! Nice!

We usually go to Philadelphia to John's to get roast pork sandwiches but this place has it it doesn't offer spinach like John's but it does offer broccoli rabe and since I live in the Lehigh Valley it's closer to go here and the sandwiches are good

What can I say about Wiz Kidz Cheesesteak... Was a bit nervous initially due too it seemed more kids oriented, and kids tend to have more interest in esthetics than food quality... But my fears were quickly dismissed, Staff was very inviting and pleasant giving a very welcoming atmosphere, food selection was very good and delicious, catering for more finicky adults, so don't be fooled by it's name definitely not a restaurant just for kids! Just writing this review got me hungry to go pay them a visit now 😂😂😂

Love the arcade games when you first walk in! My toddler loved the LEGO couch and video walls. We order the Wiz kidz - delicious, fresh and loved the seasoning. Fries and dipping sauce - nice & crispy & light sauce. Definitely coming back!

This was my first visit to Wiz Kidz I it won’t be my last! We ordered online for pickup. It was busy which is always a good sign… our food was promised for 715 and it was ready strong that time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I watched the woman hand making pierogies which was an awesome surprise! And yes there cheese Wiz is have by them… No 80s off the shelf cheese wiz here!!! My husband got the cowabunga and I had the wiz with added marinara and tomatoes. The tomatoes were actually good but not simmering I would get next time. The portions are large and I would get the half size next time. I got a side of the regular pierogies, and they were delicious. They were fried in a way I’ve never had before and it was good. Taste them for yourself to see. They were almost like a meal in and of themself.
The cowabunga was good but my husband said the wiz was better overall (he ate some of the wiz cheesesteak we got for the dogs- don’t judge lol)
His garlic parm pierogies were just as good as the plain and he would get them again.

Overall this was a very good meal that felt different than the normal fast food we have in this area. I want to go back again and try the milkshakes next time.

Sandwiches are big portions. Items are made fresh upon ordering. The service is always cordial. The atmosphere is family oriented. Great place to try out. Garlic fries are amazing!

So fun inside, video games !!! Who doesn't like a place that takes you back to the 80s .
The food is definitely yummy, the guys taking our order was fun & excited .

Went in not expecting great things but I am happy to say it was probably the best cheesesteak I have had. I’ve had all over Philly as well so I didn’t think it would compare. It was fantastic. Cheese fries were excellent as well. We will definitely be back.

This place is awesome. Best value for lunch around. Super cool 90's arcade theme dining area fully equipped with vintage video arcade games, a TV usually playing cartoons, and a psychedelic projector casting neat patterns on the back wall.

Amazing food with a 80's retro vibe. The soprano is awesome and the garlic parm fries are INTENSE. The guys working are very upbeat too.

I arrived late to pick up my order, and unfortunately another customer had taken it. I consulted the worker, and he quickly checked to confirm I had ordered, and then promptly made me another cheesesteak with no hesitation. Great food, with great customer service!
