Very convenient for me aNd my family only a stone throw away its good to have somthing for familys to enjoy not much in Northumberland for us to take our children to get a treat unless you drive bjt its nice to get out and wLk with out having to go through all the trouble of all that lovely Northumberland traffic

Stopped by yesterday. Had such a great experience. Not only the ice cream is amazing the employees have great bubbly personalities. They were also very helpful with what was a very delicious combination of ice creams. Will definitely return to this place.

This is truly the friendliest icecream shop in the area, customer service was absolutely wonderful, the icecream selection was great, the portion size was just right, with a price that was very reasonable, the quality and taste was excellent. This was a great way to end a long day. I would have to rate Heff & Beeb's as A+, outstanding. My kids agreed, this is going to be our favorite icecream stop. In addition to the great customer service and quality icecream....they are pet friendly, and even have treats for your 4 legged family members.

Great little I've cream shop hidden in Norry. The employees are always so nice and they have a great selection of flavors. They recently started accepting credit cards, so now I have no excuse not to visit more often!

Excellent service, and delicious ice cream! The owner encourages sampling. You never know, you may end up with a new favorite.

I've been going to this fine establishment for years, it truly is a part of my childhood. The icecream is amazing, the service is excellent and the workers are very friendly. I highly suggest coming here for icecream!

We got there 15 minutes to closing with 4 of us and they took the time to let us sample flavors and explained the flavors and the ice cream was phenomenal…..our first time there but won’t be our last….. thank you for such a great experience

My husband likes soft ice cream, she liked it with milk to make it softer. Very nice. I love Hershey ice cream.

Great ice cream spot. Great server and they even had chairs which were clean and comfy with umbrellas for convenience.

Always friendly when you go it. It smells of bleach every time we’ve gone in, but it’s nice to see how clean it is! Great selections as well!

Unbelievably friendly and courteous. Wife has a nut allergy and they went above and beyond to accommodate her. Would definitely recommend.
