Excellent Firearm store. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpful. I have only done business with In-Site a few times now, but every experience has been extremely positive. I always feel there is a small intimidation factor when visiting a firearm store, but not this place, the staff is just very friendly and good people. These guys are great! Super customer service, with a smile to boot. Had EXACTLY what I was looking for, and even helped entertain my young child when he and my wife came in after he woke up from nap time in the car. PLUS the little guy was given a couple freebies....not at all expected, but totally welcome! THANK YOU AGAIN! This is the place you should shop first, but I encourage you to call last. I initially went on the website and asked questions through the "contact us" link. Within the hour, Luke messaged me back, answering my questions about a product in store and store hours in entirety.
Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by an employee named cat. I asked her to show me where the non lethal defense weapons were and she directed me. She was very thorough and informative about the products I was interested in. She even opened up a package to show me how to handle the product.
After checking out, her and another man (not sure if he was an employee or patron) made a compliment on the sports team coat I was wearing and we went on to have a 5 min. conversation about sports.
In conclusion the staff and company as a whole are very helpful. The store is very clean and organized. They make you feel welcomed and at home. And I want to give a shout-out to Cat for her awesome assistance and the knowledge she shared with me. Thank you.

My first experience here was for a gun transfer from an online purchase. The overall process was super easy as the entire staff were super helpful, professional and kept everything super simple. Since guns have become super popular in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they only allow entry by appointment only. Though the wait way be a bit longer than usual to visit their location, it's well worth it.

One thing I noticed which was pretty cool, was their attentiveness to answering the phone. I think they received close to 10 separate calls, all of which were called within the 2nd/3rd ring. Kudos to the staff.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who will assist and explain the pros and cons of various handguns. There was even a gunsmith on premises who demonstrated how the handgun was disassembled for proper cleaning. They have a great selection of guns, holsters, and ammo and their prices are very good. I would highly recommend this store.

I bought the BEST backpack I have ever owned at In-Site and even though I know even Walmart sells backpacks this was an $80 DDT Anti Venom 24 Hour Assault Backpack with hidden holster and I paid $37.99. Bam!!! Customer for life. Thanks Luke.

I needed a copy of a transaction from 2011 for a police department application. I called the store they took the information I had about the approximate date of the trans action and my name then called me back in about 15 min that they had found the information I was looking for. They got it faxed over to me right away. I couldn't have asked for better service and I wasn't even in the building!
