I enjoy coming here even if it's just to check the latest prices on certain things like lumber or tools. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

My experience started out horribly at another Home Depot in Lehigh Valley, but was instantly corrected at the Home Depot in Stroudsburg. During the Black Friday sale promotions, we bought appliances and signed for installations that we were made aware of, at the time of our purchase. On the day of installation, the workers only installed the refrigerator. They explained that the dishwasher needed additional parts and the installation was a separate cost. Confused, I called the Home Depot in whitehall and was told that should have been explained during the purchase. I explained we received no such information and was told there is nothing that can be done at this point. Disappointed and frustrated, I called the Home Depot in Stroudsburg and spoke with the lovely Kierra, who was able to contact their delivery department. Everyone was so patient and understanding and corrected the mistakes of the other Home Depot. Thank you everyone and you are forever the best Home Depot.

Home Depot has great merchandise, but this is a transition time. It may be 90 degrees out and we are spending most of our time outside they are purging their outside inventory to make room for Halloween. I bought a set of patio lights yesterday and came back to buy a second set and the ones I bought were now out of stock.

Had Katelyn as cashier and help with buying items with a store credit card.she was so quick to put the order through.i was frustrated trying..im glad I had Katelyn to help me.

Home Depot is my preferred home improvement store. This one does not disappoint. I have always been able to find the products that I expect to find there in stock. The staff seems to be doing their jobs well and can help answer questions or point someone in the right direction. The parking lot is large and well maintained.

Great service, cut all the pieces into small sizes for the project my son's are working on for me. They have veterans discount as well. I was happy to find all the items needed off my list, including advice on the right sanding blocks that were best for the project. Thank you HOME DEPOT. Keep up the great work!

We enjoyed another Kids Workshop with Ms. Lisa.
She is so fun.
I have never seen the event so full as I have since she has been leading it.
She and her team are organized, super friendly, creative, fun, and are an integral part of community leadership and connection.
She has made this event a spectacular experience.

I hope Home Depot recognizes these A mazing women and their contribution, they go above and beyond for Home Depot and these kids.

So as a contractor the most important thing we have is our tools. Yesterday I went to depot to buy a large amount of tools. Cisco and Gwen spent an hr with me to make sure I was getting the best deal available. Not only did I get a great deal they found everything I needed. The customer service was amazing. Thanks guys

After trying to get through to the rental department, Scott (from flooring) went way above and beyond to help us out. He called several other stores to look for the product for us as well. Not only did he try to call, he walked all the way to the other side of the store for us. Great customer service. Thank you for calling us back when you said you would!

Had such a great experience with Bill M (gardening,) Hrysi (Customer service,) and Theresa (manager)! Thank you all for helping us with out grill and for making it a pleasant experience. When we received the floor model and were upset not once did anyone give us a problem or attitude. You guys helped us so fast and so efficiently. Always filled with everything you could possibly need to maintain your house. It's amazing how walking around sometimes just gives you good ideas for projects. The workers are usually quite friendly and happy to help you find what you need. Prices are reasonable and the selection is top notch.

Everything you need is here. Fully stocked, friendly staff who are always willing to help. Every staff member I've spoken to in different departments, is knowledgeable about the department they're in as well as some other departments. Not all locations are like that, if any! Usually you get the, "I just work here". Restrooms are fairly clean. Prices are generally as good as it's going to get. Inventory is stocked well. Checkout can take awhile but it is the only negative I can think of.
