John and his team are truly experts. I had to have my entire rear end bumper replaced. They painted the new bumper to exactly match my car color, were patient with answering all my questions and complete the job in a very timely fashion. I was surprised they even washed my car for me when returning it back! It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Although I hope not to be in an accident again and need a repair, if it happens Black Horse Auto Body Shop will be the only company I will call and go to for it. Thank you John and your team!

My son attends Saint Joseph University in Philadelphia.
He unfortunately had an accident, and thank goodness wasn't hurt but there was an issue with his suspension on his car.

My son's car was repaired ahead of the estimated time and he even took the time to find and repair another minor issue with the vehicle.
He informed me that this was a family business and that they have survived for do long on their reputation and the quality of their work.
My son picked up his car and was very happy to have it back and repaired.
I as a father called John to thank him for everything that he did, but most of all making this a stress free and pleasant experience.

What are the best body shops I ever been to In My Life .the staff goes out of the way to make you feel like one of the family. Not to mention actual work itself. Justin believable experience. I would recommend them to anybody. Everything was done in a timely manner they kept in contact with me let me know the progress of my car. Just hands-down the the best

I needed to repair the front bumper and fog light of a 2013 Nissan; paid by myself (no insurance claim). Johnny gave me an accurate estimate for repair. He could not find an aftermarket fog light and the Nissan fog light was about $260. Fortunately during the repair they found that the old fog light was pushed behind the bumper and just needed to be re-attached to the bumper. The car looked great at pickup. There was a small grease spot on one of the seats but they took care of that right away - no more spot. The office needs a little updating - reminds me of the 1980s look. However, don't let that fool you. They know what they are doing and I will trade great body work with a reasonable price for an older office any day.

Wonderful experience. Took the pain out of the process. Turnaround time was quick and the craftsmanship was amazing. My car looks even better than before. Highly recommend to anyone needing body work done. Professional, trustworthy, and you felt like family.

The first day I got back to Philly from a long Air Force assignment in Mississippi I was hit in the left rear. My car was totally undriveable. Black horse was able to tow the car to the shop for me while I was at work and handled everything thereafter. After a couple of weeks in the shop my car was back to essentially brand new. The process could not have been easier and the men and women here took care of my car and I excellently. If something ever happens to any of my vehicles again it’s coming back here! Thank you!

I knew of Black Horse for years because my neighbor worked there, however I didn't need them up to then but oy when I did, the whole crew came together and gave us a beautiful work of art. Our leased car was new again & the dealer didn't penalize us for it when we got a new lease. Hats off to the whole Black Horse Shop!👍⭐📣👌😀

Charged me 50% what the dealership was going to charge me to fix my car. Did a great job too. Really nice guy and definitely knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!!

Last week u repaired my back bumper on my 2013 BMW and i must say u did an excellent job and buffed out the car so it looks brand new and u took out the car washes scrache's nice job guys i didnt know they could be buffed out but u did it again thanks guys,Im happy.
