Had new tires mounted, balanced and a wheel alignment done. Reached out to Monica to schedule and she was super accommodating and easy to deal with. Great body shop, window tint, insurance negotiators, honest…… A lot of shops give less then quality installs and modifications these days. You will be happy here, nobody is trying to screw you over at Cip and just take your money. Have been a customer since 2002ish. Keep up the good work.

I entrust CIP with all my cars, and the work has always been top-notch, both mechanical and auto body. Francisco makes everything easy, they are organized, and the work is done as quickly as possible.

Been going here for years. Great option for aftermarket, great window tint jobs, exhaust work is great. Paint/body work repairs are also amazing. Had nothing but great reviews from the team over here at cip! For 11 years they just get better as they progress in years!

Ok, I don't normally do a lot of reviews but i have to in this case. Had a Volvo which needed a new blower motor. This is a ridiculous thing to replace in a Volvo as you basically have to take the car apart. Called a number of places and got the run around . Called Chris and he took care of me. Not only did he take the time to go over everything with me, he got me right in and had my car back within a day. Also gave me a very fair price.
If you need work done on yor car, go there. you will not be sorry. Can't praise this place enough. Don't be stupid. Take your car there if you need repairs.

I’m from out of state and was traveling through E Stroudsburg when my car broke down & was towed to CIP by AAA. Everyone at CIP was great! Friendly, professional, helpful & speedy as well. They even called Enterprise for me so I could rent a car & continue to Jim Thorpe for a friends funeral! My repairs had to be done by a dealer due to warranty requirements but CIP did run thorough diagnostics ( which noted a rear hatch problem I’ve been struggling with for months as well as my current problem) I have to say that CIP was top notch and I would recommend them.

After looking for a shop near me to help me with my 6 cars, I finally found a place that is quick, hasn't tried to milk me for more and more money, and has been straightforward and honest. I go through a lot of tires, and they have done a great job at mounting many tires for me (all low profile performance tires). They offer full collision repair, painting, rust fixing, mechanical work, window tinting, custom exhausts and performance assignments. If you need a shop that's hard-working and honest, give Chris a call. They also have methanol and race 100 octane fuel

I had a minor problem with my paint job on the hood of my car. Chris looked at the car and stated that he could fix the problem. Chris was very professional and saved me money for I didn't have to paint the whole hood. I also learned that he does additional types of services for cars. I will bring my other cars to his shop. When I went back to pick up my car a young lady was very professional in getting Chris to go over the bill with me. Very grateful that I have met Chris. Thak you for everything.

I came in yesterday for an oil change after being recommended by a neighbor. Amazing service, top quality! All the staff is friendly and attentive. I had a sensor issue which they fixed that I forgot to mention at drop off. The car is aligned and running great! I’m so happy with the service, the timing and quote was accurate and honest. I will be back with my any of automobile needs. Thank you guys!!

Owner quoted me a price for an automatic not realizing it was a manual car for a remote starter, still honored the price with the AAA discount. I have sent several friends over since then due to their humbleness and honesty. Always fair pricing and quality work regardless. Highly recommend.

Our son has a 2016 VW Passat with high mileage (150k+). Trying to be independent, he took his car to an actual VW dealership in Easton to have a diagnostic done. They found some issues, and the estimate came back so high just for the parts, we figured we would be looking to get another car for him. In the meantime, my husband looked for a place locally that worked on foreign cars and found CIP. He spoke with Francisco and began to make arrangements to bring the car over. CIP ran diagnostics and found similar issues, but stayed in constant contact with my husband regarding the whole process. Everyone my husband spoke and dealt with were fantastic and friendly and kind and patient (my husband is a talker-sorry, CIP!) Anyway, we are all pleased with the work that was done, the cost was reasonable, and the time frame it took to have the repairs done were as promised (actually a day earlier!). I would suggest that when people read the reviews on here, especially any negative ones, read the replies by the owner. Kuddos to him for standing up for his business and the integrity of his workers! Will definitely use CIP again should our son's VW need additional work in the future! Thank you so much for helping and fixing our son's car!

Had some exhaust work done on my Mercedes, very nice job. Everyone was great. Very satisfied with CIP.
I will be back with other cars for service at this shop.

Awesome work by Chris and his team, even when dealing with the insurance company. Chris made sure we were informed every step of the way until the repair was completed. We've been using CIP for years and have never been disappointed with the quality and timing of the work done. Highly recommend Custom Import Performance.

Always knowledgeable, empathetic, and they actually LISTEN to you AND your concerns. They get it right the first time. Ive used them for post collision body work, for mechanical issues from
Oil changes, inspections, and tune ups, to transmission work, and headlight restoration.
You're not gonna get this kind of service from transmission anyone else. Thank you guys.

I'm changing my review to a 5 star because I have a change of heart. Even if I got a raw deal, wasted time/money I still want the guy to feed his family. Everyone deserves to make a living and a man struggles with the polluted worker pool of the current generation.
Lastly, a one star review remains forever. In a life where we hope to ask God to forgive us when we meet Him, we cannot expect to be forgiven unless we forgive others. Simple as that.

Super happy with CIP after another shop had promised and alignment and did not CIP got me right.If you have a lowered car this is definitely the place for an alignment definitely helped me out

Quality and very thorough work from the exhaust guy, made sure everything lined up perfectly and nothing was missed. The owner and his team were all super friendly and upfront, stayed after hours to finish up my car!

They're pricey but you get great amd quality service.

Very good service and kind staff. Sadly my Jeep vehicle had extensive issues and they found the issues needed more than they could help with initially - very honest. Needs undercarriage work first. Definitely will seek out later on after major work is done. 👏👍

Chris and his team worked quickly but efficiently replacing/ painting my front bumper, fenders, and installing my new headlight due to an accident with another motor vehicle. The fresh paint has a mirror like finish which is absolutely stunning. I am in love with my car again and happy to recommend anyone to get any work that they need done at C.I.P.
