Great customer service, store was clean, well lit, very well organized!

It's a clean, well-lit store and everyone was extremely helpful. I hope I'm not spelling it wrong but our sales person Iman went above and beyond. I highly recommend shopping here.

On August 29, 2023, my wife and I stopped at the Crocs store in the Pocono Premium Outlet Mall, in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. We had a great experience in that store, all due to a fantastic sales associate. That was the manager, Sue. She treated us with wonderful respect, always with a superb smile. Sue helped us with finding the right colors and sizes. She is very pleasant and has a beautiful amazing smile.

We noticed that she cheerfully greeted every customer that entered the store. We were extremely impressed how she was handling such a busy store, while staying calm and cheerful. We will definitely return to that store. The quality of customer service that Sue provides makes it worthwhile to go that extra mile.

We sent out many emails to all our friends telling them about our great experience at the Crocs store in Tannersville. It was all due to the superb service that Sue provides. It is easy to see that Sue is a people person and that she loves her job. Sue obviously wants to make each and every customer welcome and well served.

Sue earned special commendation for going the extra mile.

Crocs should be commended for hiring such a great manager that provides excellent service and sets an example of the highest level of customer service.

First time we were in there. CROCS EVERYWHERE! Lolol. I think the young salesgirl saw that we were a bit confused. We told her szs, and what we wanted. She led us right to the PERFECT crocs. EXCELLENT service!!! Our 2 grand daughters love them.

I am impressed we were shopping to all wear the same crocs for my nephew’s funeral and they went out of our way to help us and make us feel comfortable. Store 20245 you are amazing!

Nice variety. Pleasant experience in the store. Some sales items available. Prices about on par with Amazon and crocs website. Definitely less than buying from some shoe stores/department stores.

Expensive. Bring extra cash bc you will fall in love with all the Crocs. And those weird little giblet things (I know that's not the name, not even close lol) they're expensive too but you'll want to buy every single one of them, you'll feel you desperately need them .. true story :) . You can easily go broke in here buying for smaller kids. The baby crocs are the cutest, you'll want to buy them too. Even if you dont have kids .

I knew exactly what I needed. I think the lady spotted me looking and she came right over "What can I help you find"? 😁Smile plastered on her face. She was so nice and helpful

Glad to find a local Crocs outlet. Not really cheap, but at least here you can try on and walk away with Crocs that fit well and feel great. They have lots of shoes that are acceptable as work shoes, and you can't get more comfortable.

Great prices and the staff was helpful and patience. Also there was deals there. The store was clean and everyone wore their mask.

I think anyone who works hard alot of hours on there feet would really love crocs.they take a beating and and you can ware them for ever.so there not foam it's rubber and super comfortable.worth every penny!!rather ware these and be comfortable then nikes just to keep up with the Jones's!!awsome service very nice people at this location and great sales!!
