I needed a washing machine and a good friend told me about Ralph's. I was happy about the large selection and the very nice and helpful people in the showroom. Delivery was on time and they had it set up and tested in a few minutes

Bought a dryer belt today to change it myself and they were very awesome he even gave me tips on how to make sure I did it right and my dryer is running again. Thank you!!!!!

Nelson does a great job. When you need a washer dryer stove refrigerator freezer or dishwasher, check them out first. And if you are looking for scratch and dent, go see what they have. Inventory changes. Shop local before hitting the big stores. And remember ask for Nelson

Great prices and super fast delivery and install. Couldnt have been happier with my washer and dryer combo and wife was very happy I didn't bring this one i saw on display at another app store.

Installation and take away of our old machine was easy, quick, and perfect. Thank You Ralphs for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back for other appliances when we need them.

Could not have been more impressed. Not only was my refrigerator delivered and installed within hours of my purchase, the guys who handled the installation could not have been more polite, professional, and helpful. From the purchase to the installation, everyone was completely professional. This is my "go to place" for any home appliance I may need.

I had an emergency with my dishwasher and called this company to see if someone could come and take a look. The man who came out was quick to determine the issue with my dishwasher and even came out shortly after I called. I didn't think I would get someone out with such short notice. Great company with a quick resolution. I would recommend them if you need help!

We purchased our refrigerator from Ralph’s a few years ago and we’re very happy with the service that we received at the time. A few days ago a small spring for the flap on one of the doors broke. Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn’t sell the spring separately and I was looking at having to spend $125 for the whole piece for a little spring. So I went to Ralph’s and he understood completely and checked to see if he could find the spring without purchasing the whole part - you can’t.

Instead of trying to sell me the entire part, he went in the back for a few minutes and came back with several springs that he found. I’m happy to say that one of the springs that he found worked perfectly and my fridge is back to working properly.

I’m done with buying appliances from the box stores and will make all future appliance purchases from Ralph’s.

I worked with Shelly and purchased a combo package. She was so professional and helpful. The closing of our house was delayed, but Shelley was so supportive and understanding! We had to reschedule our delivery 3 times, and she was just so helpful. We had all 6 appliances installed 4 days after we finally closed. The team was quick, clean, and removed all the old appliances. My experience with Ralph's was absolutely wonderful!

The staff is outstanding. I purchase my appliances from them and send many people. They have serviced my appliances and are very knowledgeable. It was nice to see that they try to help you with the issue and not just try to sell to make a buck. Very professional and kind. Also the amount of appliances they have is great.

This rating is based on our experience in the store (we didn't end up buying anything). Nelson was wonderful! He took time to listen to us, gave us a lot of information/things to consider and even moved a washer/dryer unit so we could see the back. Would recommend!

I called for a long-distance repair on my old Whirlpool stacked washer-dryer, after Sears said they had no one available for more than two weeks. They sent out a repair man in three days, he was here first thing in the morning, and he had it running in under an hour. Fantastic.

I bought a washer and dryer from this store. I have zero complaints. The staff were very polite, and the purchase was delivered in a timely manner. Highly recommend all my friends and family to purchase all their appliance needs from this store!

It was time for a new dishwasher. Found the one I wanted, sent a picture of it to Ralph's Appliance Plus. Not only matched the price but it ended up being $50 cheaper. New dishwasher was delivered and installed the next day. No hassle. Very happy customer.

Ralph’s is a reliable business in Brodheadsville PA. We will not go to the Big stores to only be told you have wait for delivery in 7-10 days. Ralph’s always is so accommodating went in today cause my second freezer is on the blitz. They will deliver it by the end of today. You can’t get this service anywhere. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

I needed a new washing machine and Nelson was very helpful. I got a great deal on the same brand and model I owned and even though it is used, it was delivered like brand new the same day I bought it!! And they took away my old washing machine! Fast, friendly and courteous.

Ralph was really helpfull picking out my new oven. And on top of that the prices were hundreds cheaper than the "big guys" !
