I had a horrible grinding sound and pulled into Monroe. They got me in right away. Same Day! I am so grateful. Great group of guys. I thank them for getting me back on the road same day!

Drove up to visit family. On my way my thermostat was not working correctly and stayed on cold for the last hour of my drive.

Got in to Hermitage late Thursday night and was able to get an appointment 1st thing Friday morning.

They were quick to fund and fix the problem at a reasonable price as well.

I will recommend this place to others.

Last night I bought a van 2 hours away from home in hermitage pa. As we left it wasn’t running right, it was 4:45 pm we called Jim Snyder at monro, explained our situation, and he told us come on in, we’ll get you fixed. It was a 4 hour job according to the books. Jim Snyder and his helper Morgan stayed late on a Friday night to make sure we could make it the two hour ride home! I feel any other place would have told us, we can fix it tomorrow. They also got it done an hour earlier and saved us some time. When they took it for a test drive after, they noticed there was a evap leak somewhere and diagnosed that issue as well. I’m so grateful for those two people putting their Friday night on hold for us! I would definitely recommend this shop specifically

I always have good experiences at the Hermitage location. Nice staff, work done promptly and professionally. That’s why I keep returning to the Hermitage location. I’ve been to other Monroe’s and this one exceeds them all.

The manager was very knowledgeable. He helped me out substantively. I have recommended Monro to every single one of my friends because of the manager. I will continue to do so as well.

When I Called to schedule an appointment it was fast and quick. Even the work was done fast employees were very professional and respectful.

Stopped there because of left tire felt loose. They were nice enough to fit me in to look at it because I didn’t have an appointment and found out it wasn’t drivable and I couldn’t get it towed home so they fit me in again to repair it. Great people and special shout out to store manager Marc Mitchell for working me in on a busy day without a appointment ahead of time. Highly recommend!

Fast service in a pinch! I ran there after finding a bone fragment (darn road kill) punctured my tire. I was in a panic because it was getting late and I am very pregnant and due anyday so not having a working vehicle was not an option! Keenya told me to bring it in and they would do their best to get it fixed! I made it with 10 minutes to spare! They got me in and out and NEVER made me feel like I was an inconvenience!

Took our car there cause something had broke and the manager Keenya was able to take it right in and her and the tech quickly found the problem. And they fixed it just as fast. Keenya and her techs are the greatest. They did great work. Explained everything clearly. And I will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything!!! 👍

Outstanding sales and service. Staff only cares about taking care of their customers. If you need automotive work done go there and ask for Mike (the best in the business) and his crew.

I came into this Monroe last minute from out of town when my car was leaking oil. They got me right in and The manager was the most helpful person that I have ever encountered when getting my car repaired. I was given direction on how to best repair my car when they noticed that damage was most like created by the company who did my last oil change and they made sure my car was safe enough to get me home! I have already recommended my friends in the area to take their cars to this Monroe and I would definitely go there again! I am very grateful for the help I received that day and the way they took care of me and my car! Thank you!

They were able to get me in the same day I called for an oil change and to check my tires for a slow leak. Everyone was super nice and friendly when I came in and you can tell they have a good work environment.

I honestly cannot express enough how much stress this place was able to take off of my shoulders. I have had my oil changed regularly at different shops near my home and unfortunately each shop had not listened to my one simple request of not putting the oil pan plug on too tight. Should only be a snug fit, not needing power tools to remove, or to put back. To the point that each shop started stripping the plug. The last place I went to almost completely rounded out the oil pan plug and left me SOL. I looked this place up on my break at work, luckily it was nearby. Called them, Keenya picked up and was able to get me in the same day! She was extremely polite and professional over the phone. When I arrived, there was another customer in the lobby being extremely rude and belligerent towards her. Going as far as yelling and cussing her out (right in front of his little girl!) because he was unhappy with the information he had received from an unreliable source which was different from the information that she was providing and she even reached out to two other individuals to confirm it to help this guy! She was professional and far more patient with this individual than I would have been if I was on the other side of that counter. He wouldn’t accept that he was in the wrong at all, and his behavior just kept getting more and more worse. To the point where the police had to ensure he left the property. Both her and her staff made me feel very safe, welcome, and did an amazing job with EVERYTHING. They were able to replace my oil pan plug and ensured that it had a good seal before I left. They even let me watch them tighten it with just a ratchet! I cannot express how long I’ve been dealing with this headache and the amount of gratitude I have towards these two for helping me. This is one place that I can honestly say I COMPLETELY TRUST with my vehicle.

I was in a hurry. My car needed an oil change before we left on a trip. Monro was QUICK and efficient! Plus the employee was friendly and polite. I highly recommend them!!
