Holiday Inn Express Grove City (Outlet Center), an IHG Hotel

Was very pleased with everything. Some of the breakfast item were cold and guest's kids running around and making a mess during breakfast was irritating but overall very pleased with stay. Very nice clean room.

I feel like the room rates were a little pricey, but the front desk gave us a complimentary up grade for my twin boys and I for father's day. The service was excellent and the room was very clean. Breakfast was average. Would return

When we accidently left an important item in our room, housekeeping found and saved it. The hotel management shipped it home to us. I'm so thankful for their care and attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was above average, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip to Grove City and a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express. We arrived a couple hours early as we were trying to avoid a snowstorm and they accommodated us without issue. The staff was friendly every step of the way. I loved that the room had a fan option (I love white noise to sleep!). The rooms were nice and clean. The TVs were a little antiquated and most of the remote didn’t work which made my young kids ask questions about “TVs back in your day where you can’t pick what you watch” 🤣🤣 I chalked it up to an educational moment. The rooms had lots of extra details and extra chairs which were also great. The blackout curtains were flawless and beautiful to look at, the beds and pillows were SO comfortable. There was coffee and tea and hot chocolate in the lobby along with a little area to but drinks and snacks and other caffeinated drinks. Breakfast was delicious with tons of options. The location was also fantastic. My kids spent HOURS in the pool and hot tub.

Our experience here was excellent. We showed up with no reservations due to the desire to stop because of snow. Paula at the front desk was amazing, accommodating and even had recommendations for dinner. Just the type of stop we hoped for as we took a break from our journey to home. Thanks to your entire staff.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend while our daughter was graduating from Westminster college, and it was fabulous, the rooms were clean, the pool and the hot tub were a nice relaxing way to end the night, the breakfast in the morning was really good, everything you could want to start your day off and the staff was just fabulous, if your in the area I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed here multiple days and the Continental breakfast each day had good comfort food. The room was clean and well maintained. The halls were well lit. There was very little external noise when I was in my room.

Excellent HDX! First time stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet hotel. Stayed in a King bedroom with a walk-in shower. Comfortable bed with nice cotton sheets!

The location was perfect for us. Breakfast is more than substantial and delicious. It's close to the famous Grove City Mall and a short ride to Sundance Rodeo.

Now that the renovation is complete it's so amazing! Love the bathrooms. The front desk lady was a joy! It will easily be my go-to when I'm in the area!

I've never stayed at a Holiday inn Express before. They obviously did a wonderful job remodeling it. Very nice room and the breakfast area was light and airy. Also had plenty of places to sit. The food was also quite good.

A quick note of thank you to Paula, Chris and Edward on the night of September 16th. Regardless of how busy, they worked together to accommodate our wedding party and make sure we were situated and happy! In addition were able to find my husband and I a room at the last minute. Also, room very clean and I would book here again. You guys were awesome and we were so grateful for your help!!! :)

We were in town for the Bantam Jeep Fest and stayed here due to its proximity to the event as well as the Grove City Outlets. The staff here is phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and everything one could need in the way of toiletries. There is a Keurig that came with pods in the room or fresh brew in the mornings at breakfast. The breakfast included scrambled eggs or omelets, choice of bacon or sausage and biscuits, toast and pastries. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to a friend

The hotel’s renovations look really good ! Friendly and helpful staff . They added dumbbell weights to the gym after i wrote a review last month saying there was only 50lb ones, so thanks for reading my review and acting on it 😊

What can I say, it's a holiday inn and was clean, and friendly. As expected.

The staff are absolutely wonderful to talk to. The receptionist tonight is so friendly and really helped to talk to after such a rough day for me.

The room is clean and comfortable. Super cozy I'm definitely happy I'm staying here for two nights! Thank you so much I needed this!

Very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean. Decent coffee for the morning in a single cup brewer. I even liked the scent of their shampoo, conditioner, and body washes. I noticed most reviews on here stated "bugs" in the hotel. I couldn't even find signs of bed bugs which you can easily use a credit card to check so I think the crank heads are just seeing things. I found my bed to be very comfortable and the room stayed super nice and cool while it was very hot outside. They had a nice pool to swim in and gym to keep up with the daily work outs right next to the pool. The location is great for shopping and a lot of food options. The girls at front desk were very sweet and accommodating. Housekeeping has done an esquisite job at keeping the room top notch. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be staying again. 👌
