I have been renting an apartment through 1st Choice for a year now. This is my first apartment that I have ever rented That was managed by a realtor. I was a little hesitant at first, just because doing anything unfamiliar can always be a little scary. And I was very happy to sign another one year lease recently. I’m very glad that I did choose to go with my gut in renting through 1st choice, because it was such a seamless process moving in, it’s also wonderful to be able to relax and feel secure in my home, because they are always there to help or guide me with any type of questions or needs I might have regarding the property. Rachel has been especially kind, accommodating, and very responsive anytime I need her.

I’ve rented through 1st choice for over a year and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had with renting. Rachel is amazing and very responsive, and everyone else in the office is great too!

Evan Entz was so professional and always got us in the see the houses we wanted to look at super fast! He was knowledgable and friendly! Ask for Evan you wont be disappointed!

Liked apartments but bc I have no credit wont rent to me. Need a company that can give people like me a chance to get and build credit and start somewhere.
