I would absolutely recommend this establishment! They are very professional and helpful. They changed my spark plugs for me and my car is running like new now. They don’t over charge and treat the car delicately to not dirty or damage when fixing the car! Couldn’t be happier!

Reliable, and like the name suggests, honest! Mechanics take their time to explain fully what's going on with the cast and don't try to take advantage of non-mechanically minded folks. Been bringing my vehicle here for a few years and will only come here.

I gotta say that there team took very good care of mazda 3. I use them 2 months ago for same problem and this weekend also... balance them 2 times at other franchise place all not balane.. had bad shake both time.. heard honesty had special hunter machine to fix my problem. They did!!! And much cheaper then the other place! Gavin and Manny are the best and explain me what wrong till I understood! Will be going back every 2 month just to balance!

Firstly, their name is not just a catchy advertisement; the company is owned by Emmanuel, who is up-front and straightforward. Honesty is the perfect name for his shop.
The work they did on my car was exceptional. Manny and Larry communicated clearly with me every step of the way, and they helped me to deal with my insurance company and the rental agency - something which otherwise would have been extremely challenging.
When I saw my car after the work was completed, I was entirely amazed. They not only repaired the exterior damage, but somehow managed to make my six year old car look brand new!
In addition, Larry helped me with several other issues I was having with my car and answered questions about parts and services which I was never able to get a straight answer about from the dealers or other shops. He was not at all patronizing with me, or manipulative, the way other guys at shops can be with women. He was simply helpful and honest.
I am so pleased that I brought my car to Honesty Automotive Repairs for the body work. I cannot imagine a reason to go anywhere else, and I intend to use the shop for any work or service I need in the future.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who does not want to be ripped off.

Gavin not only checked and adjusted our tire pressure; but he explained to us specifically how the pressure works and where to find detailed tire information on our vehicle for future reference. I have been coming to Honesty Repair Shop for the last 5 years. We have bought all of our vehicle issues to them and they have always handled all repairs with professionalism, efficiency and in a timely manner. They have a passion for their craft. I would highly recommend them!

Manny & the team over at Honesty helped me get my vehicle fixed. I have a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. They replaced the damages and repainted the vehicle. They also put on a after-market exhaust for me which saved me time. I will be sending customers their way for future business.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! From the incredible customer service to the cleanliness of the shop and the amazing technician who fixed our car. Our vehicle broke while we were on our way home from NYC to Buffalo. We were desperate and exhausted. After finding out it would not only be a costly fix but a labor intensive fix, they pointed us in the direction of financing and even referred us to a rental car location. They had our vehicle up and running in no time and they all were a saving grace to us! Thank you for everything! The kindness of your shop members was a light we needed! We will forever be thankful to you all.

While traveling we heard a noise and wanted to have it checked out. We found Honesty open later than 5pm. We made it there, they all checked it out and found nothing serious wrong! The people there were very nice, helpful and went above and beyond for us. Because they didn't find anything wrong, we were not charged(you don't see that anymore) We gave them each a small amount for their time! We would highly recommend! Great customer service Honesty Auto!!!!

From top to bottom excellent service. I was very nervous to have my body work done anywhere but this place was recommended by a friend. Then i met Manny the manager and he took his time to show me the process and showed me what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it. It provided me the comfort and trust in the entire experience. I got my car back look like it was off the showroom. Thank you Manny and crew, I really appreciate it. I cannot recommend Honesty highly enough! I had a coolant leak and had to leave my car in Mt Pocono as I could not drive it home. Honesty was highly communicative the whole way through the repair process and worked to get my repairs done by the next weekend. There was a delay receiving the part but they drove over an hour to pick the part up on a Friday evening and completed the work on a Saturday for me. These guys are top notch and provide an excellent service!

I am from out of town. Getting ready to head home (2 hour drive) and came out to a flat. Brought my car to Honesty and they patched the nail hole and put it back on my car free of charge. Can’t thank them enough! Very nice and accommodating service! Highly recommend!

Could not speak more highly of this business! Unfortunately had a rattling sound issue with our car during an anniversary weekend getaway that could have derailed our whole trip. Instead, these guys got us in immediately, removed an old rusty heat shield, and didn’t even charge us for it. We were in and out in about 30 minutes and every worker was so courteous. They clearly knew what they were doing and valued customer service.

I brought my jeep renegade to have the brakes checked. My brakes and roters were replaced perfectly. They even put my new wipers on for me. They are super nice and highly recommended their services. I'm definitely bringing my car here for anything it needs.
