They are all very friendly and very polite people. I had problems with my ring losing diamons, and the one sweet lady gave me good advice to help me care for my ring, so that it wouldn't keep happening. Overall I got the most beautiful engagement ring I could dream of.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't get our engagement ring there but the resized it (around $60 compared to the original place wanted over 200.). Also the tested the diamonds for us. Definitely a place to put your mind at ease.

Kelly was the best she when over the top. She sold me on leo diamonds. We buy 3 set of 1 carat diamond earrings and then we bought a men's 1 carat 1 and 1/4 carat men's ring and a 1 carat bridal set for my wife and then we bought her a necklace with the pendant of a of a half carat diamond. And every time we went in there everybody in the Hermitage PA kays jewelry went above and beyond to make us feel like home we like to say our thank you to Kay's jewelry.
