Out of town and had a flat tire. Called and they got us right in to have a plug placed. Owner was so nice and got us fixed up and back on the road for family vacation. Extremely reasonably priced and did not try to take advantage of us in a stressful time and was truly appreciated. Thank you again!!

The owner super polite and professional. I have being struggling for months with my Jeep Patriot and took it to a mechanic which did a bad work and charged me alot. But here, What i loved about is that they actually listen to the issue that you tell them but to confirmed is that they took it for a ride and also encounter what the previous mechanic bad and explained every detail that they did. I am very pleased and so proud that i took the chance and take it here. Thank you so much for all the help and price was reasonable. Thanks highly recommend this location and they will see me next time because i was super happy with the results.

Top notch work and very reasonable prices. Have never had a problem with them, as far as timely repairing on any of my cars. Highly recommend visiting them, beware though, they are always busy, make an appointment!.

My car broke down while on a road trip to Pittston, and the mechanic Kyle at R&M was able to assist me by phone when I was still 100 miles out from town. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to refer me to a shop that could fix my vehicle within the next 24 hours (where I also have had a good experience so far). I would recommend them to anyone in or near the area!

I've never had someone I could call "my mechanic" until now. I normally went to Firestone or my local Subaru dealership for work, because I had a hard time trusting individual businesses. When my car was in a pretty bad accident and I found out that I didn't have collision, I went to R&M because they were the closest and I didn't want to pay for a tow truck (car was barely safe to drive .5 miles there). After getting a quote from someone else for 3k, R&M told me $800 including labor. They did the work fast, got all the parts they needed quickly, and were extremely personable for the entire process. They didn't mind my incessant calling, my worry-wort manner. They took it in stride and delivered my car back whole.

This is back in February (when I should have wrote the darn review). Sunday, I was driving with the windows down and noticed a funny noise coming from the back tires (first accident involved the front of the car). Called them Monday. Told me bring it in Tuesday morning. I went Tuesday at 9. They got it done at noon despite being packed. Replaced both my drum brakes which were rusted to crap and falling apart without a problem.

I'd take these guys over a chain any day. And don't let their laid back attitude fool you. They definitely know what they're doing, and they're life savers in a pinch.

R&m Collision has been serving the local community for years, probably longer than I can remember. John, the owner, is a hell of a nice guy. They do amazing body and mechanical work.

Just recently moved to pittston and wouldn't you know it I hit a deer on the bypass. Whole side was screwed. Got an estimate from some other jerkoff round the way and my man at r&m beat his price by 850$! Not only that he did en excellent job. I had scratches on my back door that had nothing to do with what happen. He took care of it. Keep in mind my insurance told me I was beat so this was all out of pocket. And before Ieft not only did the owned ask me 3 times if i looked and liked the work but 3 of his workers also made sure I was happy with it! Awesome guys at r&m collison!!

I never trust any mechanics but when I had issues with my car that no one could figure out, they found it and instead of trying to rob me, they told me only the dealership could help me because it was a computer issue! They are my mechanics now and I trust them completely!! I can drop my car off just about anytime I call and they will fit me in.
