Purchasing a firearm is an experience unlike shopping in a department store. Jeff and Mary are both very knowledgeable and have superior communication skills. They will spend the necessary time with you whether it’s your first firearm or your hundredth purchase by showing you different models and their unique characteristics. I always leave the store in total confidence that I purchased the model for my needs. Any one can sell you a firearm once, that a transaction piece of business. You know Jeff and Mary have done good for you when you come back for additional purchases. I can personally say they know most of their customers by name. Whether you are just stoping into see what they got in, or a looking to make a purchase is very enjoyable. I have total trust in their profession knowledge and they always serve their customers right!

Coming from a fellow (female) small business owner, our experience at the store was excellent, the women behind the counter was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our purchase, she answered all of our questions with respect and accuracy. Running a business these days is not the same as it was, customers can be difficult and demanding. She handled things with confidence and grace. We will purchase from Advanced arms again.

First time customer and I could not be more pleased. Bought a rifle from them through GunBroker, and picked it up in person. The lady I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Went in to purchase a Geissele rifle they had. I was in an out of the store within 20 minutes, very quick and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be back.

I'll be doing business here again for sure. I got an item from them off gb and there was an issue with the item. I emailed them and they called within 30 minutes, also went way outta there way to help me out and take care of me. Shout out to Advanced, yall didn't have to do that.

One of my favorite local gun shops. The owners and staff are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and are ardent supporters of gun rights (no fudds here!). The store itself is modern, well lit, and always stocked. I only wish I had more money to spend here 😅

Awesome selection and even better customer service. I came on a really busy Saturday but still had top notch service and no waiting around. I love the display of rifles in the new back room and you can handle and check them out. My first purchase here and will not be my last. I can’t believe anyone would ever go to Roll Call ever and be subjected to that joke of a place but especially when such a great shop is a short distance away. Highly recommend.

so in the NEPA, We have several choices for firearms shops. Advanced is my overall personal choice. Everything from new and used firearms, decent prices on ammo. Great customer service for everyone that walks though their front doors. From beginners to experts Advanced has all their equipment for you. hopefully the fine people at advanced see this and know they're appreciated for all they bring to our area

Excellent local sporting good shop one of the better in North East Pennsylvania. I have bought multiple firearms, ammo, parts, reloading supplies, and gear here over the years. Some of the better prices and service around. Always friendly and helpful. Specializing in more modern stuff typically. Excellent help and service for applying for and purchasing a suppressor.

Jeff really took the time to talk to us and share knowledge on some fine shotguns.

These guys were great! I ordered a firearm online and had it sent to Advanced Arms. I received a call once it arrived and went to pick it up without issue. Customer service was excellent.
