2310 Apparel

I was driving by 2310 one day and decided to give them a try. I was hesitant on having my logo done by a new company since I already have a really good embroidery company but they aren't local. After a pretty long discussion about the issues I've had with quality-of-work from other embroidery companies I trusted 2310 Apparel to give it a shot. In the end, I wasn't happy with the results on my particular logo but the important part of the entire transaction was they were able to admit their faults and stay in constant communication with me through the entire process and in the end do everything in their power to make it right. As other reviews have stated, it's obvious to me their customer service is a key differentiator from their competition and I would definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Moonlight has always been great. We've had T-shirts with screen graphics and long sleeve shirts with embroidery created by Moonlight and they are great quality. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Whenever we have questions about processes or simply stop by to explore new design ideas, Robert and his team are excited to teach us how things work and inspire us with their abilities.

We've experienced just how far Moonlight will go to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Some of our materials printed with an error and the Moonlight staff apologized profusely and made good on the deal by correcting the issue quickly and at no charge.

We've used Moonlight Graphics for a couple of jobs for the company I work for. Each job was delivered on time and to the correct specs. They were very patient with me when I asked for multiple options. Pricing was always correct and very reasonable. Communication (with Patrick in particular) was top notch!

Moonlight has gotten me out of more jams than I would like to admit. Their ability to take a project from concept to completion and undertake ridiculous deadlines (though I'm sure they don't like to deal with ridiculous deadlines), is incredible.
