Excelent customer service. The person who helped me was very welcoming and knowledgeble. They Recommended the right box to ship and the price was better than what I though. I made a mistake on my label and they were quick to make a new one for me, with an amazing attitude. Will come back.

We needed to have posters (36"x48") printed for a party. I called before and they told me they'd do it ASAP, but I needed to get the files in soon. I uploaded the files as high-quality PDFs, the website told me they'd be ready in two days, but they were ready the next morning. FedEx did a great job, and the posters were a huge hit. I tip my hat to Jordan and crew for doing such a great job. And from what I could see when I was at the store, everyone who walks through that door is a fan. Two thumbs up!

This location of FedEx Pack & Ship is extremely professional and efficient. Claudio has helped me several times with extremely intricate packages, I have complete confidence in his abilities to successfully deliver the valuable technology that I need to ship. They were incredibly helpful as we printed last minute wedding ceremony programs and seat assignment posters. Free wifi and work stations if you have a laptop. Cutting machine for us to use which also helped with some final projects we had left. We were staying next door at the Hilton Garden Inn so it was very convenient. At our request- They printed samples for us to come look at before they mass printed all the programs. Although it can be a busy location they were very friendly and I would recommend using them!

Claudio and Michael were very friendly and helpful! Service was immediate. They both knew exactly what they were doing and made the process extremely simple and fast. Keep up the great work!

When I am unable to print something important I go to Fed Ex in Wilkes Barre. They also have good prices for shipping supplies. Occasionally I pickup packing tape when I am there. They have one of the lower prices for Scotch packing tape.

Awesome service, I didnt get the girls name that helped us but she was great walked us through and got us out the door within 10 minutes.Customer service like that is hard to find .I would highly recommend this place .

I just want to say that the delivery man that delivers my packages is very exceptional,courteous,respectful he brought my packages up to my door knowing im on the 3rd floor and disabled he is always nice and pleasant everytime he delivers. I forgot his name please tell him I said thank you!
