Excellent service, very nice employees . They always have a smile for everyone. They also have the product that you need.

Plenty of parking. Very well stocked and organized. I love that the prices are all very clear. I HATE going in somewhere and trying to buy stuff but there's no or hardly any or hard to determine prices. Everything here is clearly broken down and spelled out. Great with following guidelines and very clean inside. Also did I mention ALCOHOLIC SLUSHIES??! yes! They were super nice and even helped me out to my vehicle. Will definately be back!

I stopped in today to check this place out while staying with my father in Exeter. I was in the mood for some Steg IPA and the 4-packs were marked at $5.00 on the shelf, which is in line with what I've paid at other distributors in the area. When I got to the counter, they rung up at $7.49 - 50% higher.
When I pointed out the discrepancy to the cashier, he went over to the shelf, where I pointed out the marked prices. His response was to shrug his shoulders and say "I dunno" - looking at me like I should just pay the higher price. Obviously, this is not big money, but it doesn't show much integrity in running the business. I left without the beer and won't be returning. Recently, the place I usually go to had a similar situation and they quickly changed the price to what was marked and corrected the problem in their system. I got no indication that Cold Case cared at all about making a correction.
In addition, their selection is not nearly as good as a number of other local distributors.
Thus....two stars.
