Great store but workers don’t informed costumers, 2 weeks ago I went and they got the tote when you spend a hundred, I spent 99+ Some cents. They could say something

Was standing in line for 7-9 minutes and was the next person in line and out of nowhere I was told to go to register in front, when I got up there I asked why and was told that they are not taking more customers in the back which was fine until I saw the person who was behind me moving up to the register I was told was not taking customers and check out as I was still 4 people in line now!!!
Lost my business!!! Was a one star review but the manager just went above and beyond to help my wife today because there was an issue with her pink card!!!

Went today for their 10 for $38 pair of underwear sale. Was able to finally get a nice selection in my size this time, my daughter did also. We also got one free pair each with our coupons. Can't wait til they have the sale again, so I can take my other two daughters.

I went into the store trying to find something that I couldn't properly explain for my girlfriend. Shara helped me and with the little details I was able to provide, she found what I was referring to. And when I had more questions about an item that wasn't in stock anymore, she went out of her way to search and tell me about different apparels that I could get instead. Excellent customer service!

Great place to go to it is a little far away from where I live but my girlfriend loves to go there and shop for her clothes instead of ordering them online so I recommend going here the staff is very nice

We stopped here on our way back thru. She was able to find everything she was looking for. Staff were welcoming and assisted us during our shopping visit.

I went to the victorias secret in the viewmont mall and was helped by a employee named Victoria. She was amazing she went above amd beyond to help me out. She made my whole expierence that much easier. I have difficulties with shopping for delicates and in general; she helped me so much and never made me feel like a burden with all my questions and concerns. She is an amazing employee and definitely an asset to the company. Besides the quality of my purchases, she is a reason i will be going back.
