Party City

The best customer experience I’ve ever had at a Party City, this morning. Traveling for business from out of town and decided to stop by and pick up balloons for my daughter’s 18th bday. Sara and her team were cheerful, so helpful, and clearly enjoying their job. Thank you. -Mandy B.

Honestly I had the best experience here this weekend . Had 2 party’s to Handel . Staff was super friendly and helpful . Especially 1 lady in particular . I really appreciate her help finding helium even though they were out 1 of the days . They had my bouquet ready for the first one . Super great customer service skills . I wish I knew their name . It was out in Williamsport location & has short light hair though . See ya next time !

A lot of fun stuff in there. I am already planning Halloween 2024 and I found some cute and spooky stuff. I wanted to buy everything I saw lol

Everything you need for halloween. Very pricey but I guess that's everywhere nowadays. Spent $60 for my 10 year old son's costume. He loves it though. Had no problem getting the exact one he wanted in his size and the selection is big.

Large selection of items for all occasions, currently Halloween they have a huge display plenty of staff, all of the staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The prices seem to be way more reasonable than the seasonal stores. Will definitely be shopping at this store again.

The young lady was friendly and very helpful. She also displayed concern for us getting everything we need for my kiddos party.

Love this store. Was one of the first employees here. Great service, has all ur party needs. Any party you are having!!! Some things are priced very well and others are a little expensive but I guess that happens just about everywhere...all in all a great store with great employee's!!!!
