Thee BEST groomer (Casey) EVER!!

I was going in to get a new harness for my rapidly growing Golder Retriever puppy. Now, he has managed to escape from every harness I have gotten him to date. I thought how fortunate an employee was stocking harnesses. I asked her which was best, and without hesitating, she said this type. It was a simple harness, one of the cheaper ones there. She also had an escape artist, and the one she pointed out was the only one her dog couldn't escape from. The brand was Top Paw, but any harness built like that would work.

Came to get mice and had my day immediately uplifted by Ruth, a cashier at petsmart. Ruth went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my trip to petsmart. She is a very positive woman who spreads positivity to the customers.

The groomer, Cazzie, is wonderful! My dog Luna loves her. She does a great job of cutting her hair. Will always keep me informed as to what she did or has to do.

Store was clean, well stocked and friendly service.

Absolutely loved them. My pitski absolutely loved it there. I've never seen her so happy and showing off. She never keeps a bandana on and she did for two days. This was her first time and it definitely won't be the last. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and grooming services. A1 service.

Took Nikki to pet smart for Halloween and to get a new squeaky ball. She loves to sit and watch the parakeets 💕

A great store for getting your furbaby things, from food to toys to beds. Everything to keep him/her happy!

I've always had great experiences at this store, it's worth the 20 minute drive for me and you can wash your pupper yourself!! They have two stations.

Best place to adopt a cat!

The cat food bowls are on the back wall on the left. I had to ask an employee where they were. Odd setup, but great experience overall.

Great selection, nice employees, not long lines to pay! Our Tessie loves her new dinosaur bed!

We stop at this Petsmart a few times a year to meet our kids so we can take the grand-dogs home to watch while our kids travel. It’s a great halfway point to meet. We always take the dogs in to get treats and toys for the ride home and there is a nice bathroom we can use and take our dogs in with us. The staff is friendly and helpful, it’s well-stocked, and very clean. We travel 3 hours to get there and it’s nice to have a good place to exchange the dogs.

Store is always clean and well stocked. The employees here are extremely friendly always offer my dog, Nova, a treat and a smile

This Petsmart is always clean and shelves nice and straight, I’ve worked retail most of my life and I’m not sure how they manage to do it. I’ve bought several inverts recently, an Asian Forest Scorpion, and a Rose-Toed Tarantula, employees are helpful and friendly. I haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Caitlyn groomed my puppy, Lola, 3 times so far. Each time she groomed her, Caitlyn not only did an excellent job, she was so patient and gentle with my Lola! Thanks so much for taking such wonderful care of her at each appointment! I will definitely be back!

Some of the cleanest fish tanks I've seen at a petsmart location. Huge store, almost overly helpful associates (not a bad thing these days!), and havnt had a bad experience yet. Only thing I dislike here is the check out counters cause confusion as people jump in line up front instead of walking all the way down to the "entrance". Could really use a revamped method for cashier placment.

This PetSmart is very clean very organized never been to one like this I highly recommend this one and the worker there helped me with my order spot on what I ordered!!
