Best Western Grove City Inn

My stay was absolutely amazing! First of all, they had this awesome breakfast spread where you could make your own waffles with all sorts of toppings. They also had sausage, eggs, and yogurt. And if that wasn't enough, they also had a whole bunch of other breakfast goodies like cereal, toast, muffins. They have a juice station with 4 different options and a coffee station!

But that's not all. The pool at the hotel was absolutely incredible! I was feeling a bit chilly, and guess what? The staff noticed and actually came in not once, but twice, to turn up the heat for me. How cool is that? It just goes to show how friendly and attentive the staff are at the Best Western Grove City Inn.

And here's the best part - I didn't have a single issue during my stay. Everything went smoothly, and I felt so well taken care of. It's such a relief when you can relax and enjoy your time without any worries.

I can't recommend the Best Western Grove City Inn enough. If you're looking for a place with great service, delicious breakfast options, and a fantastic pool - this is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Especially for the price!

Stayed for the weekend on the Canadian Family long weekend. It was fantastic 👌. Service was great. Clean rooms. Price was great. Keep them that way!!! Booked directly on the phone with general manager Sana and pre-paid with Mike. Price was matched from Best Western online website. Thank you!
Location was the best it could be. Steps away from the outlets and restaurants/Brewery. Breakfast was great, just need to improve the scramble eggs, they were watery. Also need to add bacon to the breakfast bar. Coffee was great! Included.
Parking your car right in front of your room is a plus! Check out easy.
All ways travel to Grove City PA. and will definitely recommend and stay again.

The place is a little outdated but very clean very beautiful and peaceful we had a really nice stay. My favorite was the balcony in our room overlooking the pool so awesome. There's so many surrounding stores and outlets can't wait to go back and go shopping. The staff was really nice and helpful also. We were a little late to check out they didn't even knock on their door they're so sweet he was going to give us another hour which I thought was really kind. And the breakfast is pretty good the Belgian waffles we're awesome!

Clean , inviting, and friendly. The kids loved being able to go swimming even though it was snowing. Rooms were comfortable and quiet as well as warm and clean. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come to visit family that live in this area. Also, the complimentary breakfast was good!

Hotel check-in staff Sarah was so pleasant & friendly as well as the cleaning staff, Tina. Housekeeping staff asked if I needed anything for my room. All very nice to chat with. GC Outlets right across the road, restaurants all close by. My room was very clean, bed comfy and plenty of pillows. They have a pool, it was nice looking, heated. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of foods to pick from, hot and cold, coffee anytime you want it. Dogs are allowed which is a big PLUS for an additional fee. Great stay. Thanks.

Needed a room and they had it for me after a long day of driving. The checking girl was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was nice for the kids to keep busy for a swim before bed. Food right next door with moderate prices. Wendy's across the highway with normal Wendy's prices. Grove city outlet mall within 1/4 mile with more food choices available. Very easy on and off of 79. I recommend this as a good stopover .

The pool area with a beautiful dry sauna and the front desk staff (Tessa) made my stay amazing! Tessa was so wonderful, helpful, and fun to talk to! She even found my crochet that fell out of my bag in the parking lot. The pool is a good size in a fully wooden room- very spa-esq. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not far off route 80 and great outlet malls across the street from the hotel. And- the downtown area is cute and historic. GREAT STAY!

Dallas did an amazing job checking my dad and I in this evening! He answered all of our questions, was very patient with us, and extremely pleasant. He is a wonderful asset to your hotel! After traveling for 11 days, we were very tired when we arrived. He was a blessing to us after a very long trip! We really appreciated his kindness and great customer service. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool area was very clean and the sauna was relaxing. We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your service!

First the front desk person Dallas was so professional and so nice. This was really a great experience. Our room was very nice and clean. The pool was AMAZING! The water was warm and the sauna was the perfect finishing touch. I loved that there was a small library and a nice sized eating area in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfy and pillows were thick but not hard. Pool was perfect temperature. Loved the homemade waffles at breakfast!

Overall a great experience and can't say enough positive things in regards to the front desk gentleman and the punctual, proper and polite customer service we received from him. He spoke volumes for the entire hotel and went above and beyond for us during our stay!

The staff was really courteous and professional. Nice neighborhood and peaceful location. They had the best breakfast with different varieties of juice, waffles, etc. The rooms were neat and in perfect condition. They have a pool which we didn’t get a chance to use. Next time....

The breakfast was excellent they had a great options such as eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, coffeee etc. My first time at a best western and it truly exceeded expectations!! The staff is so welcoming and helpful as well! I will come back.

When you walk in the place was clean and well kept. Miss Katie at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful, best front desk service I ever had! Room was also very clean and felt comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was relaxing and kids enjoyed it so much. Didn't get a chance for the sauna but I'm sure it would have been great. Exterior was very welcoming as well with a nice little patio w/ water fall. Breakfast was nice, morning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Even tho I spent more on the room then I wanted it was worth it and I would defiantly stay again!

Room was very clean and comfortable, and carpeting/flooring appeared to be brand new. Pool area was very clean and pleasant. Breakfast had a good selection of different foods, and coffee machine (dispensing different blends) was a nice touch.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to their guest. There was construction going on during our stay, however the hours of construction was not an inconvenience to the guest at the hotel. The rooms were clean, breakfast bar had a great selection. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Grove City.

I'm not a 5 star type, but the staff at this property are!!!! Had a frustrating arrival dealing with corporate coupon and discount issues along with 1 800 western customer service indifference and attitude. Unreal tone and dismissive, but that's another post. Cute, well priced and great location. Pool looked amazing and I cannot endorse Deb and Peggy enough. Compassionate, funny, kind and genuine. Thanks is hardly enough for how you made my visit and travels so much more memorable.
