David is one of the few shoe repair guy around. He really knows his professionalism and he is very patient. He won't let you walk out until the problem is resolved. God Bless you David!

The woman spent about 45 minutes measuring and fitting my children’s feet. Never made us feel rushed. Highly recommend taking your children here. Another great perk was the many selections of sneakers and dress shoes of brands I love like Stride Rite and Saucony. Kids got lollipops at the end. Great mom and pop shoe store.

I am a runner and always looking for ways to reduce strain on the foot and minimize pain. David did several diagnostics to determine the optimal solution for me. He even built a custom orthotic that I could use to reduce pain. It's almost impossible to find a person that can explain how the foot works and then develop a solution the way that David can do it.

David went way out of his way to help my wife solve her foot and ankle problems. It was a pleasure dealing with Nancy & David.

This is one of the BEST. Plan on at least 2 hours for an appointment for custom fit shoes. He is smart, knowledgeable and very kind. I couldn't walk right until I went there and got fitted with custom inserts. Don't expect high tech computerized stuff. Everything is hand made.The store is old but classic. I go at least twice a year for tweaks for my insert because my foot changes. Very, very nice, home town people. Prices are very reasonable. He is not there to make a fortune. If you have this that need repair and custom fit or just good shoes, Gino is the best.

I've been a Gino's customer and fan for many years. Dave and his staff are awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and Dave's cobbler skills are amazing.

Singlehandedly the BEST customer experience I have ever encountered! This family owned, traditional shoe shop is run with the customers need as it’s #1 priority. I will knowingly pay a little more here then ever buy online again because of Gino’s expertise, care for customers and positive attitude. Gino went so far to fit and size over 15 different shoes for me, brought my 6 year old son and I in the back to show us what and how he tailors to each customer. It was like going back in the time to when business owners and tradesmen expressed a passion for what they do. I won’t go anywhere else for shoes again! Thank you Gino! I started going to Gino's after a friend told me about the store. Lived on the mountain for 15 years and never knew. I stopped in and ended up buying a pair of Merrells. I was impressed with the energy and positivity of Dave (Gino). His staff is experienced and has been with him for years.
Fast forward. I had been having some foot issues and Dave was the first one to ever mention that my foot was actually a Wide so I went back to him.
He checked my feet out and told me some things were wrong and that I should see a podiatrist. I explained I was a Veteran and had to go to the VA. Dave said, "No problem, they send their guys here".
Readers digest version of the VA portion was it was a hassle as usual but with the help of Dave, a patient advocate named Mary Kay and Dr. "P" at the VA - I ended up back at Ginos and I'll tell you. THat Dave is something else. I can only hope I have his energy someday and Dave has a couple decades on me. He is positive, competent, tenacious and totally focused on his service to his customer. I have lived all over the world and have never come across a Dave before. He is a classic approaching icon.
IF you need shoes, or orthotics or anything - do not go anywhere else. Go see Dave at Gino's.

An amazing shoe store with equally amazing staff. 10/10 I can not recommend this place enough.

A good place to get goid shoes. The staff was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, working hard to make your feet feel at home. Treat yourself and enjoy, they will work with you till your feet feel great. I will be going back for sure.

I love Gino's. It's a TRADITIONAL shoe store. Great for people needing special treatment for medical needs or special order for tough to find sizes. It will usually take you an hour for a visit so plan accordingly. The first visit is usually longer because he will NES to do a diagnostic.

The prices are boutique priced similar to Penn Lee or Sneaker King. The quality is much higher.

Gino and his employees are the best They woll not let you leave with a pair of shoes that don't fit or feel comfortable. Gino is also an genius at repairing any types of shoes and boots.I highly recommend for you to stop in. YOU will nevrr buy footwear anywhere else.
