Joe is very knowledgeable of Verizon products etc. He made the whole process very easy, was able to explain everything so that I can make decisions, and if you know how hard it is for me to make a decision that says a whole lot! He not only explained the products and what they did in my terms that I can understand, he told me everything that was available to me on my plan for all lines… I will highly recommend Joe to anyone who wants to come into the Verizon store in Dallas Pennsylvania!

I feel like I made a new friend! Joe was very helpful in setting up the new phones my son and I purchased. We left with no worries of having to set up ourselves. He made sure we had cases and screen protectors that he put on for us.

Jon and Dave in the Verizon wireless store in Dallas PA did an incredible job helping me solve a complex phone issue. They were extremely helpful and so patient, the "Geek Squad" of Dallas PA (no need to drive to Wilkes-Barre!). Not only did Jon and Dave solve the tech issues, they saved me considerable $$ by helping me switch to Verizon phone and internet. It's my first experience with Verizon and Joseph went way beyond his office duties by making my phone experience pleasant and easy. He continued to check up on me to make sure that everything that we were getting an issue with was solved. He was kind and understanding not only to me but another group that was there. This could have been a difficult experience for both of us but because of his professionalism and kindness it was a walk in the park. I have never had Verizon before but with customer service like what Joseph gave I would recommend Verizon and it's store in Dallas, PA with pride knowing that they would be in good hands.
