The store is well stocked for the Holiday season.
They had exactly what I was looking for.
I bought 2 knives at this location.
They were in a locked case.
Asked for help from employees and they had no problem unlocking the case for me.
Than the associate gave me a code for my phone to get the 20% off coupon.
Fantastic!! Customer Service.
Store was clean and well maintained.
All employees were friendly and helpful.
Prices are fair.
Free off street parking.
Easy to get to location.

The store manager Michelle is the best. I had same day delivery for my patio chairs which wouldn’t fit in my car and the delivery service canceled my pick up and delivery. I called the store and spoke to Michelle, she explained why it couldn’t be delivered and she personally delivered them to my house after work. She definitely goes above and BEYOND for her customers. Thank you so very much. You saved the night. This is why i love this store.

02/22 - Well they no longer have coupons. You have to sign up and pay $30 some dollars to join the club. Well I did and I have been to BB & B twice since I joined and have saved a substantial amount of money. Definitely recouped my fee of joining. The only bad part about it (other than paying the fee) is you have to put the app on your phone in order to get the discount.

I love this place for the comfy household items and feel that their baby section is AMAZING. theres so many choices basically any color combination or color you can think of for towels/ bathroom items and they are so neatly stocked! I love it! Very affordable, very clean, and very fast with check out times!

I had a great experience. We are expecting triplets and wanted to order furniture and baby supplies. After a few hiccups online, I decided to go into the store and I received Excellent customer service. I explained what I was trying to do and worked with James to try to order online in the store. Unfortunately the items were not able to be ordered through the store because of the nature of the item. Arnel the manager was great too, after explaining my situation, we made a plan for me to order online and they would help with any adjustments and hiccups that I had. I ordered everything and the manager kept his word to help with adjustments. So grateful for the excellent customer service especially during the holiday season and during a pandemic. Definitely recommend this store!!

Stopped in to pick up some items off a friend's wedding gift registry. The employees very happily printed the registry, and showed us which items were still available and could be found in store, then actually helped us find miltiple items. Saved us a lot of time. A+ for customer service.

I wish that I knew her name, but I do not. I went to BB&B last week to pick up a sheet set. As anyone who finds themselves in such a situation knows, I ended up with much more in my cart. When I went to check out the cashier was the kindest, most understanding women! I asked to make multiple transactions to spread the wealth on multiple cards. She was understanding and helped me acccess coupons I knew nothing about. Thank you bed bath and beyond. Keep hiring wonderful, helpful, kind people. I love this store and highly recommend.

This is a great store in a great Shopping Center. Everyone there was helpful, most products were in stock, and at great prices. Plan on returning many more times.

I love the merchandise this store has! The sales are really money savers. Great location and tons of parking.

Associates were helpful, shelves were well stocked, and it was clean. Covid practices were executed well by employees but not so much by some customers. Hey, wearing a mask properly can be hard though. You gotta put your mouth AND nose behind a mask. Shout out to the fellow shopper that was asked politely to cover their nose and to use sanitizer after wiping said nose in front of us all! Store peoples did fantastic!

I am happy with the physical store but not so happy with online shopping. I ordered a full size set of sheets and received twin. It was a Christmas gift and could not get the ones I wanted.

Everyone knows huge variety of merchandise from the basic needs to the unusual. Always keep their coupons in the cars. Today we needed help ordering an out of stock item and the service was exceptional.

This was easy to locate as there’s so many other stores to shop and choose where to find what I wanted and compare the prices.

This store has everything. Things I need, want and the things I just had to have or try. The service is always fast and friendly. They also follow CDC guidelines for social distance and in store regulations.

The customer service is exceptional at this location. Even if they dont have the items you're looking for they order them on the spot and they are at your home within 2-3 days.
