truly horrible experience will never return and suggest no ONE EVER GO HERE! the woman was extremely rude and so completely unprofessional, if you have that bad of an attitude towards customers don’t work customer service. don’t work at all if your attitude is that bad, i will be in contact with the corporation she works for because it’s unacceptable. i’ve never dealt with someone that had such a bad attitude in my life before. definitely recommend a course is proper etiquette, seems like you hate your job to be acting like that and if so find a new job because this ones not for you! definitely rethink about shopping here i’d never want anyone to deal with this lady’s attitude or behavior and if this was the manager of this store it should be closed.
