Carrie and Jessica are phenomenal. Carrie helped lift a large dog cage to my vehicle including providing so much knowledge on the best leash for my dog. Immediately I saw changes in my dog as the training leash worked wonders! Super happy and satisfied with the level of expertise, experience, and friendliness at this establishment. 10 stars

Curbside pick up was convenient. . Staff member was apologetic about taking a bit longer than usual to bring item out to my car .

Doreen is the absolute best!!! She came and sat down on the floor to make my CoCo Beans just as comfortable as any doggie can wish for. I came from New York City for this grooming. I will be back!!

First time in store, lots of items to choose. Prices are reasonable. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in the other night to buy a Canister filter . I knew nothing about them, Had 2 young ladies. Not only help me get what I need. But open it up and basically showed me how it was to put this together and How it worked. I definitely will be back because of them. They helped me and my business, thank you so much.

Pet Supplies Plus is my pet grocery store . This where I do the majority of my pet food shopping and more. It’s like the Walmart for your pet needs PLUS you get great offers and rewards (coupons) for money off on the website and mailed out coupons. Thank you 🐾

Only place I will purchase my cat's supplies. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist; store is clean, always has desired merchandise, treats and food for almost any animal. Prices are comparable to other businesses. I am certainly happy with them. Try it; you will be happy.

This pet supplies store is our preferred pet store when we are in Wilkes-Barre. They have a great amount of pet supplies, and the store is kept clean. We had our hamster already one year and he's doing great. No issues at all. Including the fish we bought as well.
However my only complaint would be not enough workers sometimes it seems.

The team at this store has been incredibly helpful, helping me set up to aquariums in my classroom for fish and one aquarium for millipedes. The team is always very helpful and able to give tips and recommendations to make the whole process easier.

Great selection of toys, treats, hygiene, and more. I also love the self wash station for my dogs. They are big dogs, and the heated now dryer is amazing. It blows out all that excess hair from the undercoat and drys them very quickly. Love this store.

This location is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is always clean, doesn’t look neglected or beat down like some PSP Stores.

I’ve bought several Isopod cultures from them, all were good and well taken care of and fresh.

The live animals always look like they’re in good condition, well taken care of and cages appear to be neat and clean. I’d definitely buy one if they had anything I was in the market for currently.

Their fish are so-so, sometimes they appear to have have a little disease from stress and not always in the best shape, their bettas and selection are pretty decent. They have some female bettas that come in from time to time that are so small I’m tempted to buy all of them and start a Betta Sorority Tank.

Their aquariums are all pretty much standard fare, decent prices, watch out for specials.

Nice people and good selection. Love taking the dog in for tub also- nice set up all around!

I like the layout of the store, the cleanliness, and new location. Their availablility of a large variety of items is impressive. The staff is very friendly as well... and you can't beat their coupons!.
I normally don't like to shop in that area due to it being so close to Walmart with all the high traffic, but I found what really makes a difference is to make a left near Cracker Barrel, then drive around , avoiding the other cars... parking at the edge nearby Nello's Pizza... It avoids any traffic hassle near the Walmart area. It's worth it... as Pet Supply Plus has alot of good deals!

Great store!! Always clean and always stocked. Employees friendly and offer to help with order and cart return. I've shopped this store for years and only ever had a positive experience.

The entire shopping experience was delightful. The floor clerk was so so helpful and knowledgeable. The cashier was so patient and professional. She went out her way to help me with coupons. The associate that helped me to my car was so pleasant and so it was all pleasant and I am so happy to shop because of your wonderful wilkes Barre pa team!

Nice clean pet supply store. Has pets to buy. Including adoption pets from SPCA.

Clean store, well laid out and easy to find stuff, they're also the only pet store in the area that I can regularly find the brand of puppy food I get
