Right now, they are having their black Friday sales. So, the prices on everything are great. I also love this brand they have there called sun and stone. The jeans fit great, and their hoodies are always so soft and comfortable.

I was able to find some reasonably priced items here, but I felt many things were too expensive.

I have loved Macys for years. They are having great sales now 55% off jewelry and other things for christmas.

I do love going here to do some shopping with my family and they have really good deals and wonderful stuff, and another place I would recommend

Bekah and Randy in the men's clothing department were amazing and about as excellent as they come. They were patient, helpful, and competent on so many levels.
A task I dreaded actually became a pleasant experience because of their professionalism.

Great help today trying to purchase a microwave. It was in sale too! The bonus was that the sun was shining warmly in NE-PA so buying today made the sale even better. The sales person was also a smiling woman who did not rush me plus had asked a gentleman who she was working with to place it in my vehicle. Perfect!

I been looking all over for my Armani cologne I like and I finally found it at Macy's in the Wyoming valley mall but what I'm really writing about was the experience purchasing this item not the item itself. I was approached by one rude,judgemental,and nasty old lady after another who clearly felt like I was too far beneath them to be of any use to them they were all sooooo busy in this empty store they couldn't be bothered to help someone like me. Then it happens.This Absolute Masterpiece of a Unicorn shows up with the most incredible style and she was soooo beautiful,she was nice and welcoming,she asked if I needed anything else and her smile was on point.she had blazing red hair and a beautiful smile and I'll be back to this Macy's of only to try and make her my girlfriend. Wish me luck

Oh please if you enjoy having fun, you just have to visit Travers Auction. Go grab a sign in number and have fun bidding. You really don't need a lot of $$$$ just the ability to bid what you want to spend. Believe me it's great fun.

Love my Macy's.im a card holder and i get star rewards. I pay right at the store, but can shop on-line for free, it's so convenient. I have been able to add my fiance to help him build his credit!

Beautiful store. Very clean. Well stocked. Good job of following CDC guidelines on covid19. Multiple entry and exit points. The mall it's in is otherwise mediocre for the most part.

This Macy's is far superior to Scranton. I've driven to Syracuse to shop at Macy's because I needed to find something but little did I know Wilkes-Barre actually had more things than Syracuse. the home parts really good the men's parts really good I didn't shop in the other store at their stores are separated women's and men's.

Was looking for a bracelet for my wife's birthday . Donna and gina in the jewelry department helped me find the perfect bracelet and matching earrings for a really good price. They were extremely helpful and very polite. Glad i went to this store and met these wonderful people. I will be back and hope to see them next time. Thank you macys.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your selections. Best store in the mall. Great selection. If they don't have it in the store they will order it and send it right to your house.

My aunt takes me here, and she is SO designer. She'll hand me something so pretty, but it's soooooo uncomfortable. Then, I look at the stuff I like, and it's soooo comfortable. I go for comfort, not design. AND THIS PLACE IS BOTH!!!!!!!
