I was a customer service nightmare. Returning a kids laptop that toasted on Christmas Day. Liz was my return specialist, Ed is the Manager, yes it rose to that level. They faced a difficult situation. They found a solution that meet my needs and the store needs. Not easy but they didn’t give up. I train new hires for the number one automotive company in the works. Day one I explain our mission is to deliver the premier guest experience. A lofty goal Best Buy’s two employees lived up to on this day. They deserve recognition and treat them well, I would steal them in a heartbeat. Wilkes Barre, Pa store is better because of these two people.

Friendly, helpful, professional customer service. I get many high priced appliances here using their interest free financing. I also got a $100 gift card when I bought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy phone. I think Best Buy is a great place to shop.

I, unfortunately was in urgent need of a new washer. I was assisted by the manager on duty, Ed. He answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect replacement for my family. He was professional and courteous the whole interaction. I will no longer “shop around” since this experience tonight. 5 stars.

I was there to pick up an online order 5 minutes before closing. Even though they were ready to leave, multiple employees assisted with locating the product which wasn't on the floor once they found it one of the employees helped me load it in my car. They were great help and very respectful.

Get the warranty! Our printer broke and luckily when we purchased it we bought the geek squad warranty. Jon talked to us about printers and helped us pick out a new one.. he knows his stuff look for him

customer Service was knowledgeable. Helped with setting my device & equipping with Resistant Devices. Made sure I had all I needed. Almost walked out without the proper power adapter. Until it was noted by an employee.

The truth is that when you visited this store you entered a world of technology, televisions, computers, smart watches, cameras, appliances and much more, plus the highly trained staff is always willing to help you.

Good store, helpful staff, stock is a little lacking sometimes but that's not the store's fault. Plus the new greeter in the front was a wise decision on the company

They aight, had problems with mint mobile activation but the geek squad wasn't the issue, they were as geeky as ever and just right amount of gay. 🙂

New store. Still had the new carpet smell. The stuff was amazing. And asked if we needed anything.

Went back to check out a system I viewed online. Spoke to a amazing employee for over a hour and ended up buying a ststem upgraded parts multiple monitors. Great experience.

Their service is always extremely fast! From curbside pickups, purchases inside they are always so nice and helpful. There is one girl that worked in the pickup area(only remember her having short hair) when I got my refrigerator that was quite rude and unattentive but other than that I always have a great experience there. All of my "pickup ready an hour" orders are always ready in literally 10 minutes! Great overall team they have going!

We mostly enjoyed the salesman, a young boy who took care of us. He was extremely helpful, explaining things, as we are seniors and not techy savvy. He wasn't overwhelming or pushy at all. A VERY nice experience at Wilkes Barre Best Buy.

Best Buy workers are great! They know everything and anything about tech. Friendliest people, clean, and organized! If you go to anywhere else looking for any electronics, tech problems, you name it, they actually have the knowledge to get it done. Thank goodness Best Buy exist! 👍

Very pleased with shopping for new dryer. Jason assisted us promptly, helped us find what we were looking for, answered all our questions, provided helpful suggestions, and that we were all set with what we needed.
