The Vitamin Shoppe

i shop here about twice a month… every staff member i’ve ever come into contact with is SO pleasant & helpful. they also offer a great selection & are always fully stocked.

The manager or owner that has helped me the past two times is awesome. Great customer service and they have an amazing selection of not just vitamins and protein supplements, but energy drinks as well. Definitely recommend anyone to pop in and take a peak. Hands down best retail service I’ve received in the area. Great job!

Just left the Vitamin Shoppe in WB and I’m sitting in the parking lot to write this review because I don’t write reviews (but I super appreciate when others do so here’s mine lol) and would hate to forget to publicly say how amazing my experience was. From the initial phone call Gabe was not only super helpful but he took the time to explain product information to ensure I had a full understanding of what I was looking for. I arrived in the store hours later and he not only remembered me but greeted me with the same warm personality he had on the phone. He showed me a wide selection based on what I came in for. Mare was also very helpful in suggesting additional add on products and helping me with check-out. I’m so happy with their service I would hug them if I could but instead I’m social distancing with this review :)

Huge variety of items, including brands that are not Vitamin Shoppe items. I purchased aluminum free deodorant and fluoride free toothpaste, as well as a VS brand item. I am fully satisfied with my purchases. Staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Pleasant overall experience.

What a fresh of breath air this place has been. It's nice to have an alternative to GNC. You get great rewards for shopping here and the staff at the local stores are great.

The online ordering and automatic shipments are great, especially when combined with the discounts. Online ordering is very advanced also
