I can’t thank Jay and his family enough for bringing my outdoor vision to life! He was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first introduction until the very end. We came in with very vague ideas, and Jay expertly guided us in picking out the pieces to make our outdoors an oasis! They delivered, set up, cleaned up, and checked in to make sure all was in order. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Land and Lake Patio will be my primary source for all my outdoor furniture! Their choice of superior products and amazing customer service made it an easy decision to be a repeat customer. My quest was for red bar height Adirondock chairs with a table and they are awesome - as is my impulse purchase of the lighthouse on my dock. I highly recommend their store so if you have any doubts...leave them at their door! You won't ever regret doing business with Jay and his family.

Wow wow wow, is all I can say! We had a 5 star customer experience with Jay. We were so happy we went here and not a big box retailer. He does one on one customer service. He answers all your questions, happy, polite, professional and so friendly. The furniture is high quality made in the USA. Delivery and setup was also 5 star. He delivered it with his son and daughter-in-law. They couldn’t have been nicer. They unpacked it, cleaned up all the packing material and took the trash with them. He kept us updated on the order and a delivery date and time with phone calls. He delivered on time at the time we had set up. We will be going back to complete our set in the future and purchase a propane fire coffee table.

We just learned of Land and Lake patio this week and man, we wish we knew about them sooner! Excellent customer service. James was beyond accommodating. From lending us bungee cords to haul our furniture home, to letting us take multiple cushions to make sure the sizing was just right. We love our patio furniture! Excellent quality. Excellent customer service!

Purchased a nice patio set late last summer. We knew it would be some time until it was available. Land and Lake Patio held onto it once received and delivered when we were ready. Good selection, friendly staff, and great quality products!

We have made two purchases from Land and Lake Patio and both have just been incredible transactions.

First off the quality of their products are no where near the big box stores. Second their service is far above any other retailer in their class in the area.

Jay and his team took the time to work with us when making our selections. He made sure what we chose matched what we wanted to use it for and we're also very helpful in suggesting things we didn't think of. Literally the level of service here is just far above anyone else.

Pricing was very fair for the quality we got, and was still better than other companies with similar items.

Delivery was completely "white glove" service. Everything was placed where we wanted and we were thoroughly educated on how everything operated before the delivery folks left. They completely cleaned up all the packaging and left the area cleaner than when they arrived.

After these experiences we'd never consider going anywhere else.

The staff at Land and Lake Patio were so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a chaise lounge which was beautiful and of high quality. I recommend going there if you are in the market for outside furniture!

From day one Jay could not have been easier to work with. We had many questions as we were looking for furniture for our new back patio. The furniture we purchased is fantastic. It is durable and completely worth every penny. It has transformed our patio and with some of the warm fall weather has allowed us to spend more time outside. The Poly-Wood furniture can stay out year round and is great in all seasons.

We have purchased from Land and Lake Patio on two occasions. We wanted to try an Adirondack Poly as the sand/re-paint annually of our existing set was tiring. We chose the 2Tone Aruba Blue and Gray last summer - Loved It! This year we completed the set by purchasing another Aruba Blue/Gray as well as (2) Tangerine/Gray. The colors and quality are phenomenal! Jay was super in the process - customer service has been top notch with our purchases/deliveries. Highly recommend giving them a call!

Jay and his son were wonderful to work with. I ordered replacement slings for my Winston patio chairs. They were very helpful in choosing the fabric, picked the chairs up, put the replacement slings on, and delivered the chairs back to us. The chairs look great, and we are very pleased with them. Can’t say how happy I am with the service provided from Jay and his team. I needed an order before the 4th of July and Jay pulled strings to get me my beautiful table and chairs on-time!
