Worth supporting within the local community, definitely one of my first stops before I go to a big brand store... Also depending on what it is you're looking for, if they didn't have it; they'll even order it for you... THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!

Professional and informative. I had the pleasure of dropping my phone off in which needed to be repaired with 70 percent battery and repairs were completed with phone at 66 percent battey life. Listen yall this is the best place I've been to in the whole Wilkes barre !! 1st of all when I tell you the customer service is amazing I mean outstanding!! I need my phone converted from one server to another and it literally took less than 10 mins ! They're pretty decent here and they will negotiate... Be reasonable with them and they will be with you ... I got a stand up ac and it works perfect great price... I also bought a note there and it works amazing... They need a better selection of phone cases... But the people are amazing.... ☺ Stop in there sometime it's a little honey hole ☺.....

I've been going to loui since the store only had a few items on the shelves they've come a long way and the reasons are obvious.
The service is second to none and they have the best deals in the valley. Loui is a straight up guy and has customer service down to a science.

I honestly appreciate these fellas. They do a great job and it's not over priced and they stand by their word. Over all good shop to stop and get things repaired or bought brand new or second hand. They are my first pic for the area and I travel a lot .

Stopped in b/c I had some questions about a phone that my mom purchased from another store. They went above and beyond to help us and answered all our questions. They even took the time to look at my moms old phone to see what was wrong. They fixed it literally in a minute. Had we gone there first , my mom would not have had to purchase a phone she didn’t need. I highly recommend this store for any of your electronic needs. Btw they have awesome merchandise!! Great prices on all electronics, they bought an Xbox from me at almost double what GameStop would have and are selling it a few dollars cheaper than them as well. Would highly recommend these guys for any electronics from security cameras all the way to computers and game consoles.
